Master training 1st combo

Hi, can't find any youtube videos, so am trying here.

I'm having a very bad time with first training lesson on Master.

Basically the last command, Drill->Up->triangle is not registering, no matter what I do. Anybody have any ideea?

Sorry for asking, but I think I tried like 50 times already.

I did it. You need hit the dummy while still in the air.

Yes, the game ia pretty tough altogeter, but it's really good and the achievements are a perfect mix of collectible, story and skill based challenges.

Anytime games asks for a weapon switch press L1/L2 + Button simultaneously. Not the D-Pad. Once I saw this somewhere in comment section on YouTube I completed them in ten minutes.

I didn't think I'd complete the martial arts training as I'm not good at combos and timing etc. However, what I started to do was to look at the list of inputs and press the required keys - so you're really not looking at Rayton, just following the list - this helped a lot and I completed all of the training for the trophy.
Conversely I used the d-pad to change weapon, unlike in the rest of the game, as I'd forget whether I needed L1/L2 to switch back and typically I'd chose the wrong one.

Also, for some of the earlier training I found the dummy would travel too far away for the next mid-air hit, so I started with it on the far left so that it couldn't get away - I think this was on the fist training.
