Can you do this all solo?

When I did this I pretty much did everything solo other than a few matchmaking dungeons I did to get item level up, but yes this is all pretty much be done solo.

I would say u need a squad for the dungeons but everything else can be done solo

Yes, I did all the main game and side quests solo in private sessions, then joined randoms for masterwork farming post game strongholds.

I can't say for sure, as I worked on No Stone Unturned and masterwork farming together. Farming wasn't that bad on Grandmaster+ strongholds, I used a Colossus. It's the collectibles for NSU that are more time consuming because there's way too many and 125 of them (Intel/Archives/History) are random in the game world. I'd recommend finding a Youtube guide for the best spots for those.
