The games list on my public profile has been frozen for years

Hello I am really looking for some help here. I made my account in 2017 and the first game I played was Brawlhalla. A few months ago I noticed that is the only game that shows up on my public profile and recently played list on my psapp despite me buying and playing plenty of games since 2017. I have tried restoring licenses, deleting my profile, and restoring the database to no avail. 

 

For additional context I've never owned psplus on this account since I share it with my friend but alot of the games I have played all were purchased on my account so it shouldn't be a license issue. It's getting really frusterating because its been seemingly going on for years and I only recently noticed a few months back. Is it possible initializing the ps4 will help? My ps4 is a launch model one so its quite old and its never been initialized. Could it be psplus? Do you need psplus for the games list on your public profile to update? Any answers or possible solutions are really appreciated
