Free Digital->Digital Upgrade in NA Works 9/22

Purchased PS4 digital edition yesterday as it was on sale and $6 less than PS5.  After purchase, the PS5 digital edition was listed as free. So I bought that for $0.00. I got two emails from Sony, one for each purchase of the Terminator Resistance games on the separate editions. 

 

There was some discussion in other threads about the free upgrade to PS5 not being available, or not being available to digital, or not available to NA. I'm not sure what the current drop off date is so I can't say it will stay free in the future to upgrade.  All I know is, it worked for me, and I have been enjoying the PS5 edition after only paying for the PS4 edition. 

 

So if you were wary of buying it before, or wanted both for double-platting, it looks like now is the time.
