This isn't talked about much but I know for a fact that there's a bug with the game where certain side missions only appear if you enter a location from a proper entrance rather than fast traveling. If the mission isn't appearing, move to a nearby area and restart the game, then try entering through and actual entrance instead. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
