Can't find dlc or how to download

Ok I pre-ordered the special edition and it's supposed to give me a staff and a couple other in game goodies but I can't find how to download them in game or on the system where all my games are usually there's a tab at the bottom in the game info view where I can download dlc but this doesn't have that tab

Hi there, you can get those pre-order items in-game. Discover the first shop in the village and press triangle to open the menu and you'll see those items ready to be equipped. Just follow a straight path and look on your right.
