Your favorite gender in games?

In games that offer charachter customization, what gender do you prefer?

 

I'm a man and I always choose male charachters.

I love playing games like Skyrim, Mass Effect, Fallout, Saints Row,... but I never occurs to me to play with the different gender.

 

How about you guys?

 

For the records I have no problems with playing as the female in games like Tomb Raider.

I usually pick male, but sometimes if I'm allowed to I choose female with a male voice (Saint's Row) . Perfect balance.

Honestly, I'm in the middle.

Sometimes I choose male and sometimes I choose female.

I don't prefer one over the other, I usually do a playthrough for both genders when I have a choice.

My main characters are male because I always named them "Aexuz" like Demon's/Dark Souls, Skyrim for example. After I beat the game I like to start a new playthough with a female character and make her as hot as the customization lets me

If I get a choice, I like playing as female characters because I like something attractive to look at while I'm playing. That probably makes me a pig and a little weird, but I never said I wasn't in either case.

Might be interesting to include stating what gender you actually are.

Cause I assume it's evident for a man to say man and a woman to say woman.

Well I'm a guy so I usually pick a guy ._.

I only choose to play as a female if they have different powers/stats/equipment/etc.

Or if it will change the story.

Generally I'll play as a male character unless I'm playing Dead or Alive. If I play DoA I mostly always pick Kasumi because uh, research... Yeah, research.

It depends on which one I can roleplay with better. Usually it's male characters, but I've done a few female characters.

Oddly I tend to pick female characters I just think they look and move much cleaner but hey Im weird and proud of it lol

I'm a male. I usually try to make a male character that looks as much like me as possible.

 

For my second run through, I'll usually play as female. I'd say of all the characters I've created over the years, they've been about 60% male, 38% female, and 2% other.

It's usually split 50/50 for me, sometime I play as male & others as female, it depends on the game to.

In games with realistic character creation (GTA Online, WWE games, etc.) I make males. I like to make the characters look like me. In games like Skyrim, it depends. Sometimes i'll make a male, sometimes a female; it comes down to which one looks cooler.

I mostly pick female because I've played too much male protagonist (mostly games without character creation) so I'll choose female in character creation. I want to see a female characters kicking ass that male characters also do.

It depends on the game, actually. I play as male in Skyrim, but almost every character I've created in SCV is female. It's good playing on both sides, more refreshing
