Deadvember Posted October 2, 2021 Share Posted October 2, 2021 That's not a glitch, you didn't kill the boss so YOU didn't complete act 3. You have to be in the area when the boss dies for the boss to count as your kill. You'll get it next time you kill it/or when you do the next difficulty.
