You can get 1 from at least one other place, for 50,000 chips from underground casino in Ijincho.

The only things I've bought from Onodera's Wares so far are

A View with Dancing, Unofficial VR Strategy Guide, The Art of Gluttony, Master ESC Blueprints and Dirty Clothes. I believe the other things are not an efficient use of SP. I've found that if you eat a rare material combo in a restaurant you can get all manner of plates (including platinum) particularly if you take advantage of the material drops around the drone racing/batting center area.

You can get a Lucky Hanafuda Card from one of the early stages of 'The Gauntlet' and Royal Joker Cards can be purchased from the batting center for 2,500 pts which is a lot easier than farming the 30,000SP (there's a home run batting guide in the forum).

Haven't found anywhere for the trips yokan or 10-10-1 charm elsewhere yet but I haven't needed them....weirdly I got 10-10-1 naturally in a game of Oichu-Kabu for the first time in playing these games and got a ridiculous amount of pts so didn't need cheat items.

The Basics of Shogi can be bought from Ebisu Pawn for yen so is the much better option.

Haven't found a Nine Gates Tile in the wild yet although I have heard it can be a rare pickup as part of the dropped item random events. Will see how that plays out but completed all the Mahjong requirements without it so not massively needed.

Also, for 600sp You can buy the Gold Tuna Cat Food. Seems steep but when maxing out the relationships with the cats, it gives a massive boost. You get 500sp for meeting a cat, 100 SP for each subsequent interaction until you max the relationship and when the pawpularity rank increasest you get 5,000sp vs the 600sp investment so, so far I have found it is worth it. Plus you get items when you do it including things like, skill books, vinyl records, a Blackjack amulet, and Free Pass Voucher 5 for Paradise VR (what I've received so far anyway).

Have been playing for 35 hours and only on chapter 3 (so, so, so many distractions in this game, even by Yakuza standards) so there may be better alternatives to what I've posted above but just my findings so far.

Since you have the bottomless stomach already, if you can find a restaurant that gives 4x rare item drop, random battles will start dropping the gambling cheat items as well. Though I did this in premium adventure, so I am unsure if the enemies from earlier chapters drop the items.

It's interesting, I've managed to get item drop x 4 on 3 separate occassions and when active, no enemy has actually dropped an item and I must have had about 30 battles total when the boost was active. This was with gear that boosts the item drop rate. Sure enough the battle immediately after the item drop ended, all 3 goons I beat dropped an item....weird

update - 5 times I've tried the x4 item drop and enemies drop nothing. Works for x1,x2,x3 but nothing drops with x4

Further update - still no joy in Isezaki Ijincho, but finally got this to work in Kamurocho, specifically at hotel district's Yoshinoya, taking the provocateur extract maximised the fights and got a ton of cheat items for the casino/gambling hall.
