Motion Sickness is common with gaming, the only ways to make it better is to have a higher framerate & screen refresh rate, and usually a higher FOV

Blood and Truth was on rails so it’s common to not get motion sickness in a game like that. Games that give you free movement will give you motion sickness.

You’ve got to get your VR “legs” as they say. Start with 30 minute sessions and take a break for 15 minutes then hop in. It should get better each time you play. Turn on click turning and a vignette if needed. (:

As a begginer NEVER turn ON smooth turning in any game. Keep it on default. I almost puked when playing Doom VFR when I turn smooth turning.

Well i always use those 45 degree turning options if there are. I remember doing that stardust ultra , and i had to close my eyes when turning, and that last vr trophy was insane for me to complete. It was my very first vr i think, and i was sweating and had to lie down on the couch for like 6 hours, even felt sick the entire day
