Those that are long time DQ fans will know about the long running Dragon Quest X MMO. Now those of us that didn't want to or couldn't subscribe to play DQX can experience the story and lore of the game in this offline version. Some new changes have been made like a more traditional style of movement in the world and return of turn based combat. Game will be on both PS4 and PS5, with standard and special editions available. Square Enix said in the stream for the game that it will not be localized. "While people who do not wish to play an MMORPG will finally get the chance to enjoy the story of Dragon Quest X with this offline version, there is no concrete confirmation as of yet on if this game will appear in regions outside of Japan.
