Hardcore glitch

So, basically im trying to platinum this game. 5 playthroughs are really tedious since this game is longest and isnt good like first two. And yes glitches that prevents you from platinum. 

 

I was playing hardcore mode with backuping save to avoid stressful situations. I just came to the very last room and after flying to boss platform, when Isaac says : "You cant have us". The floor dissapears and when you die game over start from beginning of the game. I restarted several times tried everything ( except delete and reinstall game ) but every time floor dissapears. I really dont want to play game again if i have to.

If the floor is randomly disappearing, you probably have a bad install of the game, and need to reinstall it

Will do. I ll update after redownload.

 

Edit: Redownloaded and reinstalled it, worked fine just had to restart whole chapter.

So, did you manage to solve the problem by reinstalling the game?

Sorry, i just see now this, yes reinstalling fixed the problem, but had to restart whole chapter, loading only last section wont work
