found these pretty useful. ill add more as i find them on missions i havent complete yet.

acceptable losses. i got caught at the end so i threw flash bangs and ran for it
 

high explosive. i suggest using 2 controllers and the video in the trophy guide. but if you only have 1 and good aim this one works pretty good. if you miss the enemy what i did was flashbang and jump out the window then back in the window. if there was more then one enemy i would run a loop away from them
 

armor piercing
by far the best method. be fast and make sure you have enough amm and you can camp in the corner. if by some reason you get stuck in a reload you can flash bang then reload.

For Wetwork you can use a speedrun strategy too as some help, I am suspended on PSN but earned the platinum a few days ago while offline. Wetwork gave me the most problems and I beat it in 1 minute,
