Do local co-op wins affect Golden Boy trophy?

Let me elaborate, I let my younger sister play couch co-op with me while I hunt for trophies since she's pretty decent at the game and we can get the multiplayer trophies together. However, she will get a little annoyed if she doesn't get gold on the scoreboard, so I let her get most points throughout the levels we finish/gold. We haven't finished 50 yet but I'm worried I'll have to redo them and beat the scores since she's gotten (most) gold on the scoreboard for them and is signed in, will this be a problem?

Unfortunately you going to have to do them again! I checked my 50th stage like that and didn’t unlock, hopefully it was just me but I doubt it!
