Light stay Ring

I’ve tried my best to find the wandering merchant who has  this ring. 
I got the dark stay ring because it literally threw into my face. 
but every time I’m on the final is bald. The merchant only had positions to sell when she’s wandering around 

 

does anyone have tips for the ring?

I would get it after I post this. Always is the way. 
just keep trying the final island and get the ITEM shop girl!

I wouldn't say the event is exactly the rarest. Keep going back and forth on barren tiles and she'll show up soon enough. Congratulations on the platinum.

I'm having an incredibly hard time to have the rarities merchant to spawn.

I'm on NG+ and have everything except light and dark rings.

 

I keep going back and forth on barren (poor soil) tiles around NW part of the last island (where final dungeon is) but after a few hours I still got nothing.

Is there any tricks to it ?

 

EDIT: obviously after a few more tries I finally got it...

What is a barren tile? I’ve spent an hour on the dirt tiles and half an hour on plain grass tiles. I’ve saw the merchant a bunch of times while playing naturally, but now that I need to find her I can’t get her to spawn.
