Made a ticket with them and awaiting reply.

Thank you!  Was trying to figure out how to contact them.  Will you update here if you hear a response?

For me it's "no results available" again :/
I also still haven't had a reply to the ticket yet...

I decided to to a test and kept trying and refreshing. After 12 tries I did get a result. Interesting system :/

Yep definitely hit or miss (mostly miss).  This morning I once again cannot find online tracks
