how to kill chunky lee with car bomb?

i am gonna start the game soon and i remember this mission being annoying without cheats. how do i do this ? are there any guides?

There should be a car parked outside the market where his stand is, most likely a Perennial, take it to 8balls and park it back in place.

Take his station wagon before you walk into the market area and get it rigged at 8-Balls, then return it to where you took it. Also important, he runs away from you when you approach him in the opposite direction of you.  There are 2 cars so make sure you are pushing him to run towards the one you rigged
