Hey Guys,

I am trying this for Hours now..

I tried the Pause unpause Glitch, but that doesn't work.

Any Tips would be Helpful.

I almost did it in Portland but then I pressed UP and canceled the streak. Wanted to make the minimap smaller and that is DOWN. ?

An idea is to just get 20 in portland and use a tank in the second island for the streak.

How do you get the tank?

If you can manage to get their car to stop while against a wall or against other cars, they usually just get out pretty quickly. Could get 20 packages in portland and build up some uzi ammo too to help destroy their cars quicker. Otherwise just wait for the Rhino. 

 

It's unlocks at Phil Cassidys place at the very top of Staunton after completing the final mission 'The Exchange'.

The way I was able to do it was forcing them to feel like they are stuck and have to get out their car, then I would just run them over. Never even had to use my uzi. Thats the biggest tip I can give is to ram them into walls or other cars and make them stuck so they have to get out the car then easily kill them that way. The Video above is my run, hopefully this helps! Also the car heals after every level so wouldn't worry about the car blowing up.
