I did the call-to action three times with Groot and the trophy didn’t pop for me.

Am I doing something wrong or is the trophy glitched?

Which of the 2 enemies are you doing it on? Almost every guide I read said you could either do it with the big dudes in chapter 10 or the Wendigos in chapter 13 so I decided to do it with the Wendigo since I knew exactly where they appeared in the level and knew it wouldn’t take too long to get to them. I successfully pulled the call-to-action off like 3 or 4 times and it didn’t pop so out of frustration I decided I’d go back to 10 and see if I could pop it on the Ogrode and it popped first time I pulled off the move with Groot. 
 

So maybe the Wendigo aren’t suppose to qualify for it but some people just got lucky or maybe it was just the act of backing out of a level and loading back into another one that fixed it. Maybe try it out on whichever enemy you weren’t trying it out on before.

I tried it on Chapter 10 and it didn’t unlock after 5-6 tries so I just gave up and moved on.

You have to interrupt the enemies move so it's all about lucky timing.

 

Just doing the call to action isn't enough, they must be charging at you at the time it comes up.

 

Took me 3 attempts, just keep trying and reloading the checkpoint, it'll happen sooner rather than later.
