Jupiter Posted November 28, 2021 Share Posted November 28, 2021 It is completely random from what I remember, I usually found mine near the homeless camp but I don't know if that was just coincidence or what. just pick up every shining object you see and then look for a near by NPC who is looking around, they usually have speech bubbles appear of you're close enough Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
