That's my feeling as well. I have to question why they even bothered bringing the servers back, when there are only 2-3 days left on the clock before they go offline permanently.

probably something in their license agreement about keeping the servers fixed until the very day they shut down but i don't know for certain

I don't know how you want to handle this one but the Vita version of Nuclear Throne has 3 broken trophies (2 + the Plat), though the PS4 version is fine. Both versions share the same list so I don't know if you want to include this one:

In that case, would the Vita version of Borderlands 2 count as well since that never got 2 of the trophy DLCs for technical reasons?

Here are 2 versions of the BL2 Vita submission, depending on how you want to handle this one. I just remembered there is a complication with the Vita version of this game that causes a conflict with the rule you have regarding delisted content, because the "Captain Scarlett" and "Campaign of Carnage" DLCs were code only but the code expired 2 or 3 years later and the DLCs weren't released to the Vita store for purchase in the normal way, plus no new codes were ever issued so technically none of the DLC trophies are obtainable any more if you didn't redeem the code before a certain date in 2016/2017:

I'm pretty sure buying the digital version of BL2 for vita gives you the first 2 trophy DLCs included, kind of like a "complete" edition would. There is no way to buy them individually, but they are still technically available to get hold of.

I didn't know that - thank you for the info . I never knew this game was released digitally but I booted up my Vita and there it is in the store . I bought a second-hand copy of BL2 Vita before the code expired, which is why I never checked the store for a digital version.
