I loved Cuphead so much I feel I'm robbing them for only having to pay £6.79

i was hoping for a DLC plat, kind of like how monster hunter iceborne worked.

i didnt find the plat too challenging, so this will probably be no different.

Not as many trophies as I was expecting. Could be one of those ordeals where the DLC is more annoying than the base game. We’ve already seen that with multiple games.

Makes sense why most people aren’t completionists.

A physical for Cuphead including the DLC was confirmed for Switch back in 2019, and was recently re-confirmed. No word on a PS4 physical yet, but I have my fingers crossed, I'll be waiting on the DLC for probably like a year to see if the physical comes true first. Already been waiting this long that I honestly don't mind waiting for even longer, have an infinite backlog to get (never) through anyway.

I initially played this back on the Xbox One in 2017, it was such a fun, if often frustrating (but highly rewarding) little game. I "beat" it (got the credits), but never 100%ed it. Would be interested in doing so on PS4 at some point. It's hard to believe half a decade has passed since I last played this.

why 2 dlc trophy list?

But it's a single dlc. Doesn't matter if MDHR separated it.

Just imagine it as base game where u have two trophy list one for beating bosses one after other and there is another mode like run n gun level where u go for pacifist run.

This time they added something called nightmare mode , super excited 😍

Boom, suddenly my unearned trophies rocketed over 500. OCD is having a cry lol.

Isn't it weird that the new DLC has 2 trophy lists for some reason.

In case someone would like to get a head start, the first trophy in the DLC list, Hearty, is already obtainable prelaunch

I've done the Twin Heart Charm -> Spin thing and entered a Regular/Simple difficulty level like four times, and it still hasn't unlocked, despite the fact I have 9 hearts. Am I missing something?

All trophy lists on all platforms can only allocate so many points per base list for nonplatinum/platinum games and DLC lists. These limits are different on legacy systems (PS3/4/Vita) and the PS5. For legacy systems, as seen countless times, the absolute limit is 195 points. So, in the end, there are two DLC lists because they went over that point allocation.

While this is true, it is a bit weird (and lame) that they just shoved as many as they could on one “DLC” with just two on the other.

It would have been better if they had split them down the middle somewhere and then made some silver, or even gold (7 in each, or half and half by points).

I guess it's a new stuff u can purchase from porkrinds emporium, which helps u achieve 9 HP.

alright i just figured out how to do it first equip twin hearts then summon the game genie by spinning around in a circle on the world map then go to king dice win one of the boss battles without losing a HP then after that win one of the hearts from his minigame and the trophy is yours

It didn't work for me. I have 9 hearts, just did a boss in King Dice and got another heart, but still nothing

This is what I did: Roll the dice for 2 first, defeat boss without getting hit, roll the dice for 1 and get the heart.

Retry if you don't get the heart at Number 3 on the casino board.

So I have to do the boss with the heart on as well? Also do I have to do it as Ms. Chalice?

No, fight a boss first without getting hit and then roll the dice for the heart. After the battle, you'll notice you have 5HP, roll the dice for the heart and the trophy will pop.

Don't think it matters which character you use.
