Help! Stuck in the silox sewer!

So, I backtracked into the sewer to get a RYNO schematic and gold bolt I missed and now I cant get back out. The main sewer door is shut and even if I reactivate the sewer system the door dose not open and I drown. Is there something im missing?

This kinda confused me too when I went back to get the RYNO schematic, haha - so the doors do close but you have to go back to the very top (by going to that spot where you rotate the giant bolt to turn the water off before it floods the entire place, and then flying up more and turning around towards an open door) and head out to the area where that boss battle took place. Go into that spot that you were at before the boss battle with the little train track and there will be a "return to ship" teleporter that's very hard to easily spot on the ground, that will take you back

Happened to me last night. I was thinking I can't get out but found the return to ship.

 

Now my problem is I have one gold bolt left in there on the left of the map and I can't seem to find my way over to it. Any help would be appreciated.
