I know it says we can edit our backlog twice a year once in April and once in August and we can only do it once each time, but I’m curious would I be able to add games to it, or just switch ones out? No, sorry. The reason is because it makes it harder to keep track of everyone's points total, and if I let one person and open the floodgates, everyone will be doing it. For example, what's to stop someone from completing all but one trophies in a game and then adding it to their backlog list for EVERY game they complete and for lots of points. If not, do I need to try to knock out a quick one before the month is over, or will you count me as starting in March? Hmmm... that's a good question since I've never really thought about how to handle it if someone were to sign up at the end of the month. I've been counting point totals from the time people sign up for the event (not the month). I suppose it doesnt matter a whole lot because you can't go into negative points. So if you were to sign up at the end of the month, you'd be a 0 points anyway and if you could complete something in that day or two, you'd get the points for it. If not, there would be no drawbacks to signing up a couple days early. So I'd say, make your list and if you can complete something by the end of the month, it'll count. If not, there's no loss. This is to stop people from making lists with hundreds of games. 50 should be more than enough to get people through the year. Kinda started Horizon and completed the first three episodes of SBCG4AP even though it is not on my official list. I had a friend visiting who wanted to play Elden Ring on the PS5, and had my son gone at a friend's, so I ended up just playing on the PS3 that is in his room Played a bit of Dirt 5, because I was excited to try out a racing game on the PS5, but didn't accomplish a ton there. I did get through Unmechanical this weekend though; finished it up on Saturday before I gave up my TV. Then I started into FFX, since it's a disc version and wouldn't have to be installed on his PS3. (I also got distracted cleaning a lot, cuz apparently I can't concentrate at all in the face of a messy teenager's room.) Anyways, it's highly unlikely I'll accomplish anything noteworthy on my list in the next day, but at least I got something done for the month I have played a bunch of FFX before, but never finished after getting the HD version. Both me and @VoltrefferNL both lost a point. Since @Darling Baphomet just signed up and had 0 points, they didn't lose anything (also see grace period rule below)! There's close competition between @BlazzingWind and @Superheavynova for second place with BlazzingWind edging it out by a day. There's also a close battle for fourth place between me and @Kishnabe with me beating them by a day. @LMGhenry isn't far behind! Also, @ZombHunter13 @Crancian @Hitman_Spinksy1 and @Dinkus83 are all also tied for points. I added a grace period of one month after you sign up before the incomplete game penalty kicks in (Thanks @Dinkus83 for bringing this to my attention), so @xItsLesterx was able to keep his 0.1 points since they didn't sign up until halfway through February.
