"Record Keeper" trophy not popping?

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting here, apologies in advance if I do anything incorrectly.

 

I've collected all of the journal entries, but it seems like the "Journal Keeper" trophy isn't popping. This is what my journal looks like currently:

 

 

The last thing I had to do was stomp on the blue trinity in the dungeon of Hollow Bastion (which I did and earned the "Best Friend" trophy for). The "Record Keeper" trophy should've popped right after that, correct? Or am I missing something? I tried reloading my save and stomping on the trinity again, but it unfotunately didn't help.

I might be thinking of another KH entry, but what happens if you go into each category and read so they no longer say "new"?

Tried that and it unfortunately did not help as well.

Just got the trophy. I unfortunately had to redo everything from scratch on a new game because nothing I tried worked. I tried triggering the final trinity again, revisiting The End of the World, reloaded a much earlier save and collected all the puppies, character entries and trinities again...nada. Still no clue why it didn't pop when I triggered the final trinity. Maybe a PS5 BC glitch?
