I have not played the game before, but it doesn’t seem it would be possible to play this game in a split screen format, even if technology permitted. Each player would have their own screen because the premise is finding out which side everyone is on so either the crew can weed out the imposters while they complete tasks, or the imposters can kill off all the crew before those tasks are completed. At some moments the whole party will convene to vote for someone to kick out of the match. I’ve read there’s a boosting method related to either cross platform or cross save play, but in terms of how everyone is set up, each player will have an individual device or console to play on. It’s all about the social game. I doubt the game has or ever will have any bots involved in any way because of the way it works, so no possibility for even 1 offline trophy (I feel you though).
