Acts order messed up

So I've done a speed...ish run of sorts on diablo from act 2 to finish and I noticed my act 1 trophy hadn't popped. I thought I'd met all the requirements but I was missing 2 missions. I assume this was due to joining a friends run but I maybe wrong. 

 

Is this flaggable?

Is this a known problem in game (further advancement with coop partner)?

Were you playing on the same system?  We had that issue playing couch co-op on the PS3 with some of the "Reach Lvl 60" trophies...only player 1 would get them.

No we've always played separate consoles. What's puzzled me though is the 2 missions I was missing involved entering loreics (definitely spelt wrong) crypt and the following mission. I did all the intro (gatefight) ect but cannot think ad to why those 2 missions didn't trip. If I can get on tonight I'll attach a pic

Pretty sure you'll be fine, since lots of games (like Borderlands) have drop-in co-op and the story trophies can unlock in all sorts of different orders.
