Only got 3000 military strength and almost at the point of no return

Scanned all clusters to 100%, done all side missions i possibly can, so what am i doing wrong?  I see some have said you can get a major war asset boost from doing the final missions but i am a bit worried at this point.  I'm currently doing Priority: Horizon.

Have you done the DLC? They all add a significant amount of war assets. Did you import a save from ME2?

Yes i did all dlc that corresponded to the trophies, and yes I did import Shepard from ME2, but heres where my game may have messed up my chance of this trophy, i was hit with a character level resetting bug which seems to have happened to a few others, ive definitely missed it anyway as ive gone straight to the end now, when these shitty bugs hit you it feels like its not really worth the effort going for the plat, invested so much time into it all for one big kick in the teeth.
