As many thought, the "leak" from yesterday was fake, so congrats to Sony for finally not having their lineup leak after a whole year.

 

UFC 4 got decent reviews, and was called one of, if not the best MMA game to date. The game was review bombed by users due to the addition of in-game advertisements, which were then removed from the game due to the backlash, which is a partial explanation as to why the user score is so low. Outside of that particular backlash, the game's reception among fans was more mixed due to many considering it to be a downgrade from UFC 3.

 

Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure was originally DLC for Borderlands 2 but recently received a standalone re-release to promote the upcoming Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. Upon release, it was considered the best of the Borderlands 2 DLCs. It takes place after Borderlands 2 and contains major spoilers for that game's campaign, so if you got Borderlands 2 in your backlog, you're going to want to play this after that. Unless you don't care about spoilers, in which case it doesn't matter. 

 

Planet Coaster is a construction and management sim, and has been well received, with a lot of praise going to how creative the game allows you to be. If you're a fan of the theme park sim genre, you'll find a lot to like about it. The main complaint with the console version is that the controls aren't on par with the PC version.

 

From a trophy hunting perspective:

 

LoC-BaTMaNx and fsluca's guide gives UCF 4 a difficulty rating of 5/10, with the platinum taking 25 hours. There are only two multiplayer trophies and no DLC trophies. The multiplayer trophies might be challenging if you're going to attempt them without boosting.

 

SpiesZz's guide for Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep rates the difficulty as 3/10, with the plat taking 25 hours. There's one missable trophy, and the multiplayer trophies can be achieved locally with two controllers.

 

The PlayStationTrophies.org guide for Planet Coaster: Console Edition gives the game a difficulty rating of 7/10, with the time needed to achieve the platinum ranging from 30 to 40 hours. No trophy is missable, and while the game has several DLC packs, none of them are required to 100% the game. The game's been available on Steam since 2016 and hasn't added any new DLC achievements, so it seems unlikely DLC trophies will be added on a later date.

UFC 4 is a nice get.  A kind of game I buy on the cheap but never did so it is a welcomed edition.

Planet Coaster is a good choice. I've tried it before on other platforms, decently fun.

Tiny Tina was just released a few months ago, oddly. Was mildly interested. Edit: I was corrected on this, it's not the newer game, it's the old Boarderlands 2 DLC that I wasn't aware was released as a stand alone.

I think we've all commented before on how we get way too many same-y sports games as freebies.

Tiny Tina’s not even the full game!! I think it’s the expansion. This is starting to become a disturbing trend. Did the same thing with Godfall Challenger edition.

Planet Coaster seems good, but not a great month. Kinda scared it may get a bunch of DLC like other simulators.

 

Tiny Tina is a fun DLC, but It's crazy to have it as an actual free game to me. It was only a $10 stand-alone DLC. I don't like sports games, so UFC is not for me, but maybe others might like it.

This game did not get "review bombed". To be fair, I can't remember exactly what it was with the in-game ads, I know there was controversy when they added it to UFC 3 (removed later), but I don't know about 4.

 

UFC 4 is not a good game, especially not if you liked UFC 3. This game got trashed by the community, because it changed a lot of things that worked in UFC 3, because it had garbage/re-used fighter models in the beginning, had some garbage fight mechanics (I think they fixed most of it, but it's still highly exploitable) and so on.

 

I don't know who considers UFC 4 one of the best MMA games to date, let alone the best. Certainly not someone who played a lot of MMA games.
