Be Careful With Save Transferring

So I completed the U4 part the moved to Lost legacy. I then used all of my saves and a little mopping up to do. I did all of that and finished with Chloe on top of the tower doing yoga and everything popped as it should. But I go into my stuff and there’s no platinum on my list!!!!

Did "Don't Ruin The Moment" (Collect all the trophies in Uncharted™: The Lost Legacy) unlock?

 

Edit: Ok I see in the other thread you said you got that one. So everything unlocked except for the plat?

I just imported my save files and only missing the combat trophies in both games. It's understandable I guess, as long as I got the difficulty related trophies I am okay with it.

Worked smoothly for me as far as U4 goes. Only missing vertical stealth takedowns, the one where you have to do four different kills in 15 sec, and using all guns. Going to replay U4 and then grab these trophies before worrying about transferring over TLL.

EDIT: Got the takedowns and the 15 sec ones in Chapter 8, which I know is where I got those on PS4 haha.

Lost Legacy was smoother then U4 but still messy, I gotta stop making so many saves and just trust the auto save 😂 How haven’t they figured this out? Surely it should be pretty smooth? Maybe if the trophies tied to the profile save it would be? I’m just glad there’s no online, that was not fun. Luckily I had two outstanding players carry me through it.

Transfer got me 83 trophies. I'm curious if most people had an issue where they couldn't pop the missing trophies without starting a new save (someone mentioned they had to redo the C4 trophy from Lost Legacy by starting over the game). About to try it myself and see I guess.

I've been missing things like combat trophies but I don't have an issue going to the suggested level to grind those and no issue with the trophy popping. So say your save is showing you didn't have all the treasures, you can pick up from where you are at and go get the missing ones. 

 

To the best of my knowledge here is how it seems to work. There is no auto-save that occurred on PS4 playthrough after finishing an accomplishment and getting the trophy. So all you have is the save you used before you went to do the clean up. Now I'm not sure if via a time machine, if you could go back and tell yourself to hit save after each trophy popped and it would have made those pop here on PS5. I guess I thought the Profile file in the collection of Saves is where the database of all the combat and collectibles etc got written too but I guess the PS5 import doesn't read the accumulated tracking, just what it attached to a specific save.

i loaded a save from Uncharted 4 PS4 version when i won the platinum trophy.

 

Only 4 trophies pop but none of the difficult trophies… what?!

I got almost all U4 trophies, but just a few for Lost Legacy. I have to do almost all from scratch, so I just started with an easy run and then I unlock the modificatore (infinite ammo etc) to do the crushing run.

Great info. I am probably going to do Lost Legacy on the PS4 so I can get an actual platinum for the game. Then just save transfer when I buy the PS5 version.

OK... So I plated U4 and ULL on Ps4.

 

Lost my ULL save so I did it again on PS5 collection -> done.

 

I still have my U4 PS4 "100% save" but after transferring to PS5 only 71% trophies popped, ok.

 

Now I am trying to get the remaining ones via chapter/encounter select, but nothing pops... Patched? Or I am doing sth wrong?

Everything autopopped for me except combat and weapon trophy's for uncharted 4 and lost legacy. For lost legacy i needed to reply the trophy for not using any weapons only melee until the start of chapter 5 i think and needed to get the trophy at the top of the tower when Chloe begun her yoga exercises,but this one is one of most enjoyable trophy's for me in all uncharted games. But i got the platinum by replaying encounters and chapters for this trophy's.

Chloe's yoga thing auto popped for me, but I still went ahead and climbed to the top of that thing anyway because I wanted to see it again lol.

I imported my Platinum saves from the PS4 versions of UC4 and Lost Legacy to my PS5. I then imported the saves in-game in Legacy of Thieves on PS5. All of the story-related achievements unlocked, but almost all of the combat trophies didn't unlock. A few of the miscellaneous trophies (like the one for getting the dolphins to follow you in the boat) also didn't pop. Also, in Lost Legacy, for some reason the trophy for opening all the lockboxes didn't unlock, and my statistics show me as having 0 lockboxes opened even though I got the trophy for opening them all on PS4. I have to play through the whole game again for that trophy, which is annoying.

Decided to play through the PS5 version from scratch. Did a playthrough on Normal difficulty to get as many trophies as I could as in combat, collectables etc. Went through and did a cleanup via Chapter Select on Explorer to get things i missed. Once all that was done, I decided to import my Uncharted 4 PS4 save and it popped Hard, Crushing, Speedrun and Sharpshooter trophies ☺️ . Not sure if they've fixed the whole importing thing, just wanted to share my experience with it!

Interesting, now I'm curious if any changes/updates have been made that may pop trophies that didn't first time. I might fire it up to go back through testing imports to see if any more that didn't first go around do this time around.

There hasn't been an update since the day 1 patch and the import process is completely offline so I don't see how they could have changed anything.

So i did this and a bunch of trophies didn't pop. I saved each save file one by one like was said here and that's where i'm at. This is for both games. I haven't platinummed either game and was around 75% and 80% for each game and on legacy of thieves i'm on 60%. Can I delete and reimport or what's the best way to fix this? As it stands i'd need to play each game twice the way the trophies have unlocked on both the PS4 and the PS5. Don't really fancy doing 4 speedruns. You can see more on my profile if i'm being confusing. Hope someone can help me figure this out.

Your profile hasn't updated. But yes as long as you have the PS4 saves backed up you can safely delete and reimport although it is unlikely to change anything. Basically anything you got in a main playthough carries over and unlocks, and anything you got in encounter select doesn't.

EDIT: After searching and reading some posts here on PSNProfiles and Reddit I finally managed to pop both Speedrun and Crushing trophies so the rest I'll do it myself, I just didn't want to have to go through this on Crushing again that's why I was pissed 😂😂😂
