This is worldwide, we all have different networks, ISP's, different regions and different countries and our routers are different [ mine is EE ], what a load of BS. Second time PSN has had issues this week, so I imagine they may be working on something on the backend side of things for whatever reason. Optimists may be quick to claim they're possibly implementing PS3 backwards compatibility or something, but it could also just be something mundane that'll lead to nothing. Only time can tell.
