Popular Post KimBongUn420
Update 9: #146 Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga [PS5] Difficulty: 2.5/10 Grind: 9/10 Enjoyment: 9/10 I've been a huge fan of the Lego games for as long as I can remember. Traveler's Tales has tried to change up the formula of "smash bricks, get studs and mini kits, buy characters and vehicles" to varying degrees of success (DC & Marvel games) and not-so-success (Lego Movie 2 Videogame), but this game represents the biggest changes yet. Gone are the 15-20 minute levels in favor of much shorter 5-10 minute levels with linear story progression in between. The levels now have challenges in addition to the minikit requirements, adding another layer of replayability. Challenges and races are interspersed throughout and make up a good portion of the levels as well. The end result is something that resembles older Lego games, but to me is much more accessible and less tedious. Levels only take about 1 replay to mop everything up, and sometimes require no additional playthroughs. It's a nice change from the older games that would take 2-3 attempts on a 20 minute level to get all the collectibles. From a scope achievement, the game knocks it out of the park. There are full stories of all 9 mainline SW episodes, complete with full voice acting and a variety of different mission types. There are (currently) 380 characters divided into 9 classes, each with their own unique abilities. The classes are easy to identify and the color coding system eliminates one of the greatest sources of frustration of older Lego games: not being able to remember what characters have which abilities. There are 24 planets full of characters, ships, and Kyber bricks to collect. The worlds looks fantastic and are very easy to navigate. The gameplay is a blast as always and the lighthearted tone of all Lego games is still thankfully here. Again, the character classes and their different abilities help lend an RPG element to the game and somewhat mitigate the very long completion time (I'll get to that in a minute). Now for the things I don't like as much - I have 2 minor gripes and one major one. The first minor gripe is that there is currently no way to replay all of the story progression - you can only replay the main missions which themselves make up about 40-50% of the actual episode. I would love to see this enabled as the story progression filler is quite good. The second minor gripe is that this game is LONG. This is easily a 90-100h platinum and about 60h of that is your standard fare Lego postgame collectible grind. I think I'm more sensitive to this right now because I just finished Ghostwire Tokyo which also had a really tedious postgame collectible grind, and I'll admit that probably colored my perspective on this a bit. But the reality is, like most Lego games you have to 100% complete it for the platinum, and when that task requires 1,166 bricks as but one element of the completion grind, it's...a lot. This is definitely not a game that I would try to power through in a couple weeks - it's much better enjoyed in short bursts. I definitely had some times where I was feeling burnt out on the grind. However, my biggest gripe by far is the game is, after literal years of delays, still a technical mess. I had a double-digit amount of crashes on PS5 and encountered a ton of weird bugs along the way. The most ridiculous one was when I spawned into Tatooine at the very end of the game and neither of my characters would respond to any control inputs until I manually switched to a new character. I'm pretty sure this bug is still in my save file but I can't be bothered to worry about it at this point. TT has done a very good job of communicating and addressing bugs, but they do have a reputation of releasing very buggy games and TSS has done nothing to change that. It's very disappointing and there are enough sizable bugs where it does significantly detract from the enjoyment of the game. In summary, this really feels like the game that TT always wanted to make but never had the budget or manpower to make it happen, and now that it's finally here after several lengthy delays, it more than delivers from a content perspective. $60 for this game is an absolute STEAL for the amount of stuff you get. The QoL improvements that TT have made to the Lego formula cannot be overstated enough - if this game represents the future direction of Lego games then I am all for it. I would love to see (and would gladly pay for) story DLC for Rogue One and Solo. Unfortunately, its technical shortcomings are glaringly obvious and while in a perfect world this game is easily an overall 9/10 for me, I cannot in good conscience rate it that highly. 6/10 overall, but it's worth the asking price and again could easily be a 9/10 if the technical issues are fixed. Progress: I've basically accepted that I probably won't complete this challenge ? this coming week is completely shot due to moving and I've got probably another 80-100h of time required to complete the last 3 games on my list. It's disappointing but when I started in March I certainly didn't think I'd be moving 700 mi away and changing jobs so it is what it is. Plans for this week: None. Popular Post ArtisticGeek
UPDATE #5 Games Completed: 7 Games Incomplete: 5 Switches Used: Hey Back again with 2 games done this time! Enjoyed my Time with Kentucky Route Zero and I appreciated the storytelling as you get lost in this game about loosing your way trying to find the lost Route Zero. Chernobylite was also a really surprising game for me I liked the story and the game play of sending your team out to complete missions while your out and building onto your base and companion relationships really played into the narrative mechanics that I would only disservice by spoiling it. both pretty relaxed plats nothing missable nor difficulty specific. So I’m pretty sure there’s no way I’m getting Hades and Horizon Forbidden West done before this is over so I’m gonna switch them out for shorter titles in order to give NieR Replicant a chance to be done. With 20 days till the dead line I figured with these changes I should still finish my list in time for the finish! As always good luck to everyone else and I hope you all have a good time finishing up your backlogs! Games List: 1. NieR Replicant - 0% 2. Ghost of a Tale - 0% 3. Popular Post xItsLesterx
Final Update First and foremost, huge shoutout to @damcrac5 for helping and literally carrying me through the and 100% for Operation: Tango. Dude is a legend. Good game. No much replay-ability but clever and interesting game. Aside from that, I completed games not listed. Quite a successful month so far for completing the initial 5 games I listed for the event and I'm only 1/3 of the way into the month. I will not be completing the last 2 games I added afterwards because I decided to go another route in the games I want to tackle first. Since this will be my final update, shoutout to @MidnightDragon for hosting a great event as always and EVERYONE PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT. Popular Post damcrac5
Update #9 Demon's Souls (PS3/NA) #74 - Was on a PS3 binge and decided to knock out my second PS3 Demon's Souls stack. That being said, I won't go over much of it and I won't use it as a swap as I'll cover my second swap next. I also received my english + chinese version in the mail this week, which means the 3rd PS3 stack will come soon (hopefully?) and I'll have all 4 demon's souls plat. I know it wont be popular, but I'm on the fence between Demon's Souls and Bloodborne being my favorite Soulsborne title I've played so far. Operation Tango #75 - Knocked this out with @xItsLesterx to the 100% last night. It was a fun little game, but we definitely leveraged the ability to pause the game to communicate. Not sure this is how they wanted us to do it, but the timing for some of these gold challenges were tight. If needed, there is a decent video showing both roles by trophy boiii that should help anyone get over the hump. Other Progress: Sifu ---> #22 Not on my list because it was a birthday present from my kids. I'm going to knock this out hopefully this week and potentially get back into games on my list. Maybe not, lol. RE2 and Kena Bridge of Spirits are calling me and that will likely take me to the end of the month. From there, it will be a burn to try and finish Mass Effect Andromeda before I lose internet for a couple of months. I hear Andromeda has some issues trophy wise if you are not connected to the servers. I won't take any risks if I'm not connected, especially with a backlog as brutal as mine. Might have one or two more updates in me depending on how smooth my play sessions go. I've been touch and go with Sifu, might be another game that I've let the trophy list sour my experience. So I'll just be playing normally through the rest of the first run, then snag collectibles and misc trophies on playthrough two. Not as efficient, but I want to enjoy the game as well. Until next week! (PS4) 0%> 61%>100% Games Completed 8/13 Swaps Used 1/2 Red Faction: Guerilla (PS3) > Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice (PS4) So it's been a long old time between updates, almost a whole month, a whole lot has happened in that time, some good, some incredibly bad and if I can manage to, a bit of gaming too. As usual I've been reading along the whole time, and dishing out rep like a friendly stalker. ? Something I've really been enjoying, I've just neglected to actually post an update in here for a while, that's my bad. I'm still cautiously optimistic that I can finish the list, I might have to bust out one more swap, but I'll cross that bridge if I come to it. I think I can knock out Limbo if I sit down and really attempt it, but right now playing anything that is as bleak as that game, is probably off the menu for me, at least for a little bit. I thought I'd swap out Red Faction, because realistically I'd have to spend the rest of the time just playing this game, and this alone, and I'd rather not. As I was planning to try and take part in the Mental Health event, I thought Hellblade would probably be a good game to tackle for that one. It's one I've mean meaning to play for at least a year now. So let's tackle a bit of progress. Thoughts on NieR: Replicant. So it actually happened, my number 1 and 2 favourite games of all time, are now two entirely different versions of NieR. I've written so much about NieR and I still don't even think I've used enough words to describe just how much I love it. I'm not suggesting for a moment that everyone will love it, but I think it's one of those games that can really enrich your gaming life if you let it, so it is one I'd always find myself recommending someone. If you've played the PS3 version of NieR and were worrying that this version is just more of the same - fret not, it really does feel like an entirely different game. What appears to be a small context change, is actually quite huge, so it can be such a wonderful experience for new and old players alike. Usually I'd post a link to the review in my checklist thread, but I struggle to call my review of the game a review in the usual sense, more of a love letter to the game, so if you want to read that I guess I'll leave a link for it here. Thoughts on LEGO: DC Super-Villains I had some genuine reservations about this game..... I was a little worried going in that this game would be the DC equivalent of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2, and I really didn't get on with that game. Outside of exploring some of the more offbeat and less explored characters Marvel Super Heroes 2, just felt entirely flat. Thankfully, LEGO: DC Super-Villains, wasn't like that at all, it still felt like the familiar LEGO experience that a lot of us really enjoy, and have at this point grown accustomed to. The thing that sets it apart for me, in never letting it feel too tired, are the small quality of life improvements. Those really went a long way in making the game feel as streamlined as possible. I think the fact the custom character you create takes centre stage is a brilliant little touch, and something I think would have gone down really well with the younger audience the game is made for, that the thing they created is being used in the cutscenes and feels important. If you wanted to read my full thoughts on the game I'll leave a link for that here too Thoughts on Bastion. Bastion was a game that I've been meaning to get to for such a long time. It definitely fits the MO of the event, to knock down that backlog, so I'm really glad to have gotten this one finally ticked off. I wish I'd played it sooner though, because it was such a great experience. I think the fact that it's only really about 15 hours for the platinum is something that really works in the games favour. Not that you probably would for a game that short - but nothing in it really ever outstays its welcome. If any of you haven't played it and want to, get to it, it's short and sweet, and what seems like quite a simplistic combat system, is actually incredibly deep, satisfying and versatile. There's a really great Action RPG there. So many elements of the game just work fantastically well together, it's quite common of course for games to have individual components that are very high quality, but to have almost every component mesh together so seamlessly. creating such a vibrant and interesting world - now, that, that is rare! I seem to have been on a pretty hot streak since Lords of the Fallen, of playing games that I really ended up enjoying, so I'm glad Bastion joins that list too. If you want to read my full review of Bastion, I'll post a link for that here too, just in case. I'm not quite sure what I'm going to play next out of the 5 games I've got left, but I'm probably thinking Resident Evil 4, a nice little trip through something familiar might be the sort of thing I need right now. As always, keep the awesome updates coming, I always appreciate the enjoyable reads that they are. I wish you all luck and enjoyment with whatever it is you have left on your lists! Popular Post oxford_wolf007
Update 6 Not a part of this challenge (too high completion %), but I had to finish the Bugsnax DLC before I lose my Plus subscription on 5/19. If you haven’t played Bugsnax, I HIGHLY recommend it. I live for Chandlo and Snorp-dawg. I very much enjoyed the Island of Bigsnax and the shrinking mechanic (Floofty and Snorpy need to start on a shrink ray). The developers came up with some interesting and fun ideas with the mail requests (especially the scan requests - Grapesquito sucking on a Noodler and the Sandopede hanging from a Lollive were hilarious). Ratchet and Clank Upgrading the weapons didn’t take too long, and I played Challenge mode on easy. I was able to max out everything before beating the final boss, so it wasn’t as bad as I originally thought it might be. NFS Rivals I loved NFS Hot Pursuit 2 back in the PS2/Gamecube era. I like just picking out a car, a color, and racing. I have never liked all this ‘tweaking out your car with upgrades’ stuff. I thought that this game would be similar to Hot Pursuit 2. It’s not, you still need to upgrade your car (cop cars are just the weapons though, so I liked that better; but weapons???). I’ve also been dragging my feet on this game because it has online, even though it’s super simple. I just need friends to do it. :’) Since it was released in 2013, and it’s all technically online (barf, who thinks of these things), I don’t want the servers to go down before I can complete it, so here we are. If anybody has this game and wants to help me out next week with Buddy Bust and Friendly Race hit me up, just need to do it by next Thursday (5/19). Otherwise, I might swap this out for something more enjoyable. Octodad Blub blub bluuuurb [excited octopus noises]! But seriously, this game was a lot of fun. Short and sweet, the end was super cute. The completion percentage is really low, so I thought the miscellaneous trophies would be difficult. They’re actually super easy, the most difficult was “The Secret Gardener”, and it only takes a few short attempts to get. Completed games Spongebob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom [PS4] - 100% Infamous Second Son [PS4] - 100% Immortals Fenyx Rising [PS5] - 100% Ratchet and Clank [PS4] - 78% —> 100% Octodad: Dadliest Catch [PS4] - 10% —> 100% In Progress Games Uncharted 2 [PS4] - 89% Need for Speed Rivals [PS4] - 7% —> 10% Games Completed (5/7) Swaps Used (0/2)
Popular Post Fanatixa1
Hi everyone, Here’s another update. I’ve completed Unpacking, which was a very chill unpacking puzzle experience. I enjoyed it a lot, but it was also super short. After Unpacking I’m on 149 platinums, and I want to make either Elden Ring or Crash 4 my 150th platinum. I’ll be working on both games from now on, but they’re not in this challenge. I’ll add Thomas Was Alone to this challenge. I’ve always wanted to play this and it only has 100% completion. No platinum. Have a good week! 1. Cook, Serve, Delicious 3! - 100% 2. Popular Post Heather342
Update 11 Hi everyone, hope you've all had a fantastic week ? This week I played a little bit of Catherine, completed Stage 6 on hard mode and got the gold prize. No trophies earned, but only 3 more levels to go! However the majority of my week was playing Crash. I decided to persevere through my frustration, and the difficulty and finish this game once and for all. I began by finishing off the story mode part. I only had The Lab level to complete and then the final boss against N. Cortex. Even though in the grand scheme of things it's a straightforward boss fight, I kept messing up and found it pretty frustrating ?. Got it done eventually though ?. After that, it was replaying levels to get the boxes and unlock the gems. The coloured gems need you to complete the levels without dying ... Again, super frustrating, particularly Slippery Climb ?. I also did the Stormy Ascent gem instead of the Fumbling in the Dark level. I hate that level so much, but more about that later ?. With all the gems done the final part was the remaining relics. Most levels took numerous tries, but was never anything more than an hour or two. Until we get to Fumbling in the Dark. Oh...my....god, I was stuck on that level for about 9 hours yesterday, no joke. So much so my gamers thumb cramp returned ?. But I did eventually finish it, but the rage......so much rage! I woke up early this morning, hand rested and ready to go again. The final 3 relics I needed, including Stormy Ascent (which took nowhere near as long as Fumbling, but I was not attempting The High Road). Still took me about 5 hours but it is finally done!!!! ? Just Catherine left to finish, and 4 trophies until my big milestone ?. Should be able to finish it before the end of the challenge. Keep up all the great progress everyone! Trophy progress: Crash Bandicoot - 47 -> 100%

I remember that I considered the original game "pretty short" on the X360, about 20--25 hours until 100% completion. I have no idea how I did that back in the day, I think I spent 60 hours on what was the original content this time. Now I am slowly grinding my way through the Chaos Portals in the PS4 DLC. The are multiple reports that the trophies and the DLC gameplay itself are glitched -- Let's hope I don't get bitten by too many bugs. Speaking of glitches, Root Double was abandoned and replaced by Larry Laffer's new adventure in New Lost Wages. This was a pleasant surprise. The game does so much right. It starts with the basic controls: The controls are well adapted to a controller and not an awkward implementation of a mouse&keyboard scheme. Screen transition times are minimal, and all but one screen are at most two transitions separated from a fast travel point: This encourages exploration and trying to figure out the puzzles without resorting to a walkthrough. All missable trophies are tied to very specific situations, such that the player can write down the necessary triggers beforehand without undue spoilers. There is no speedrun trophy. All of this sounds pretty basic, but so many Point&Click titles do these things wrong. It is a pleasure to see P&C on the PS4 just done right for a change. Recommened to all fans of classic adventures.

Popular Post StilRh
Hey guys. Hope you've had a good week. This week I've had a few days off (those 60 hour work weeks means I've got a lot of TOIL racked up) and have spent it nearly solidly on gaming, no regrets I've platinumed Horizon Forbidden West, I'm glad it's over. As I've said in previous posts there is a lot about the game that I loved but equally a lot that didn't resonate with me (forgettable quests, all the melee combat against humans etc, damage sponge enemies etc). Following that I've pushed quite hard into LOH: Cold Steel 2, I've completed the meat of the game I'm on the two epilogue chapters now and then it's NG+ on nightmare with the second playthrough collectables and the bonding trophies. This week I want to finish Cold Steel and then get around to progressing a few chapters in Muv Luv: Alternate. Popular Post DizzyDavidson
Hello everyone! Update: Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-shot Adventure [PS4] - 100% Persona 5 Strikers [PS4] - 100% Enslaved: Odyssey to the West [PS3] - 100% Team Sonic Racing [PS4] - 100% The Saboteur [PS3] - 100% Falling Skies [PS3] - 6% -> 59% Let's see... 3/5 bugged and 3/9 RNG trophies done in Falling Skies. I'm on the verge of getting one more bugged trophy but those RNG missions just don't want to show up. There's a bit of a difficulty spike due to one of the bugged trophies. You can't upgrade the number of units you can take in the missions until you can do the full upgrade in one go, meanwhile the enemy keeps introducing stronger enemy types. But once that's out of the way it becomes easy again. So far the game has been ok-ish, maybe because I have fond memories of the show for the most part0... and I also like XCom. On a side note, I checked the credits and it is the original actors doing the voices. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to wrap up the story next week then it's just grinding resources for upgrades and praying to RNG Gods for those missions. We're coming up on the final two weeks, good luck people! Til next time!
Popular Post reaperveteran86
Update #11 - Super Neptunia RPG 100% - Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal 100% - Kamen Rider: Memory of Heroez 32% - Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age 55% -> 67% - Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception 33% - Biomutant 100% - Valkyria Revolution 100% - Blair Witch 100% - The Sojourn 100% - Maitetsu: Pure Station 0% - Trine: Enchanted Edition 100% - Shantae: Risky´s Revenge - Director´s Cut 19% -> 100% - The Dark Eye: Memoria 100% - Wife Quest 100% - Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don´t Dry (EU) 100% - Neptunia x Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars (EU) 50% - Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth (EU) 100% - Paradise Lost (EU) 0% -> 100% No platinums this week, but I finished two 100% games: Paradise Lost and Shantae: Risky´s Revenge - Directors Cut. Apart from that, I´ve been playing through the post game/act 3 of Dragon Quest XI (which isn´t as gripping as act 1 and 2 in my opinion). Paradise Lost (EU) I´m not the biggest fan of walking simulators, but I liked this one. It plays in a world were WW2 persisted for 20 years more and ended with germany launching nuclear missiles, which turns europe in a nuclear fallout zone. The protagonist is a boy, who explores an nazi bunker in search of a man from a photo, which he has from his death mother. The atmosphere in the game is really good in my opinion. The game is never scary but it gets eerie (especially in chapter 3 and 4). The game was short (2-3 hours for the 100%) and all trophies can be done in one playthrough (there are 2 choices at the end which are important for the ending, but there is a save point direct before the choices). Shantae: Risky´s Revenge - Director´s Cut My second completed Shantae game this year and I must say: This one was much easier then Pirate´s Curse. The only hard trophies in this one were the one for defeating the last boss without healing and the any % speedrun in 2 hours. The 100% speedrun in 4 hours was a breeze (I finished it in 3 hours with a reload from the 2h run). Like all Shantae games, this is a really good metroidvania with sympathic characters, a banging soundtrack and a general happiness and positivity (in my opinion, no one can play a Shantae game and be in a bad mood - except when he goes for the completion). One tip: Turn the screen settings to original (Shantae is much easier to control and the other screen options makes it harder to estimate the distance between her and the enemies)
Popular Post TalesofGaming
Update 11: 1. Horizon Forbidden West - 100% 3/20/22 2. Elden Ring - 41% -> 51% 3. Scarlet Nexus - 100% 5/2/22 4. What Remains of Edith Finch - 100% 5/3/22 5. Haven - 23% -> 100% 5/11/22 6. Unpacking - 0% -> 100% 5/11/22 Got some more progress done within my very tiring week! Elden Ring has been progressing pretty well. Managed to burn the Erdtree and get to the Haligtree to fight the infamous Malenia! Excited and nervous to fight her. I also managed to complete Haven! What a beautiful game. The soundtrack was amazing and I loved the relationship between Yu and Kay. It was also really nice learning about their relationship and cleaning up all the islets. I am also adding Unpacking to my list as I completed it last week and man, what a satisfying game. I felt so relaxed playing it that it felt like by the time I got the platinum, it had already been like 6 hours and I didn't even realize it. Popular Post gruffiiti
Progress seems to have stalled somewhat since my last update due to a number of factors. I'm still enjoying playing a lot of Elden Ring with @Man of Inaction when schedules allow. Also finally started up Chicken Police and Everybody's Golf (@Fanatixa1 Im committed now!) Elden Ring Spent many nights with no trophy progress exploring and cleaning up dungeons and world bosses around Altus Plateau. Started poking around in the Capital last night and man is it a huge area in itself. There are so many nooks and crannies to explore. We got turned around a few times and had to take a second to figure out where we had to go. This game just does not disappoint! Chicken Police Been meaning to get to this game for awhile now. Ive only played an hour or so but it has a lot going for it. The voice acting is really good and you can see that thought went into each character to match their personality with which animal head was chosen for them. Its got a heavy noir feel to it and everything so far just works so well together to create an enjoyable experience. I would have played more yesterday but I wasn't sure I should play it in front of my kids as I have no idea where the story will go just yet. Popular Post Darling Baphomet
Good news, everyone! As of last night (or very early this morning, depending on how you look at it) I have now 100%ed Skyrim VR. I likely will have to move a bunch of my VR games over to the next challenge, however they're all much shorter than Skyrim VR so I should be able to finish up two or three. I also started Forgotten Anne which shouldn't take me particularly long. Really gonna miss Skyrim VR as it's a very good "get away from the world" game. My neck & shoulders are rejoicing now though because my daily 3-6 hour play sessions were causing me constant neck strain. But at least now I have the time to tackle my other VR games. current list: Spoiler IN PROGRESS: Monster Sanctuary - 18% Forgotten Anne - 8% COMPLETED: Hypnospace Outlaw - 100% Odin Sphere Leifthrasir - 100% Skyrim VR - 100% NOT YET STARTED: Ghost Giant - 0% Falcon Age - 28% Groundhog Day: Like Father Like Son - 0% Pixel Ripped 1995 - 7% Bow to Blood - 44% Moss - 10% Duke Nukem 3D: World Tour - 0% Neon City Riders - 0% Edited May 17, 2022 by Darling Baphomet

Popular Post Crispy_Oglop
Almost final update! It's been a while since my last update, real life became unexpectedly busy so it's been difficult to keep up with the updates as much, plus i've been revamping my workout and dietary plans which has taken a bit more of my disposable time than I anticipated. I've been having a blast reading everyone else's updates though Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Oh my god, this game is endless. I think i'm finally in the home stretch, but I'm not exaggerating when I say this is pretty much the AC:Valhalla of the Lego franchise. I like the game, but I really think they over-extended themselves with the amount of repetitive content in there. Props to the studio for putting the work in to make probably the most expansive Star Wars game ever made though. I have about 3 more planets to clear + the challenge list and I'm done. I really hope they give it at least 3-6 months before dropping any significant DLC on this title. Soma I won't write too much of it here as I'll save my update for the Mental Health event going on at the moment. But this game was surprisingly good and a really solid science-fiction horror title at that. Even though it includes cat and mouse gameplay similar to Alien Isolation, it never really felt as dangerous as that title and the game in general was most effective when it embraced the walking simulator, story driven aspect it offered. Night in the Woods I had this one recommended to me by multiple people and i'm already pulled in by its strangely dark charm. That and the writing, which I think is really really good so far! More updates on this to come. Plans for this week So this week i'm going to hopefully finally finally put Lego Star Wars to bed fully. I'm at a point now where i'm not enjoying it as much, but I passed the point of no return ages ago, so I feel obliged to see it through to the end. Then over the weekend, once i've taken care of all of my real life business, chores and exercise, I'm going to settle down with Night in the Woods and my cats for what looks like some great storytelling. Have a fantastic week everyone! take care and see you in the next update! Divinity: Original Sin GTA V Beyond: Two Souls Dark Souls Remastered Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Ghostwire: Tokyo Dark Souls 2 Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga - 50% > 72% ? Soma ? Night in the Woods - 0% Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice - 0%
Popular Post Static_Rook
Update 11 - 5/17/2022 ... Played a bunch of games, but none of them were on my challenge list. Still hoping to knock out one or two more before the end of the month. I don't think I'll carry any unfinished games over to the Summer challenge like I had planned. Popular Post freddie1989
FINALLY!! I can actually do an update now Medan is finished!! I am left with very mixed feelings about this game. At first I thought the concept was good and the story was quite enjoyable. Then came the rinse and repeat side of it which has no flexibility. The save system is abysmal. It left me doing run after run of the same thing which gets tedious. Then the collectibles glitched on shared story so that involved another playthrough. So overall a very mixed bag. Beyond that only touched a little bit of AC Origins as Medan killed my want to game at that point. Also been doing some tidying up on Battlefield 1 in prep for the next challenge as its half finished and I want to start V. Happy hunting people!! Far Cry 6 0% Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 100% Dishonored Death of an Outsider 100% Fallout 4 4% AC Origins 14% - 16% Man of Medan 44% - 100%
Popular Post ArtisticGeek
Update #6 Gonna post early since I’ll be away this weekend. Really loved the last 2 games Battle chef Brigade is so charming and fun and I really just wanted more of it. Turns out I’m really liking puzzle games. SongBird Symphony is a gorgeous game with a beautiful soundtrack and thankfully the trophy list is very forgiving and only focuses on collectibles not the rhythm game part. Else this would have taken MUCH longer for me, I just can’t do rhythm games. 3 more games to go and I might be able to pull off this list! I’m starting up Spirit Farer tonight since it’s suppose to be pretty shot play time before this weekend. then off to Ghost of a Tale I’ve really been wanting to play that since I saw it! And then Replicant will be the true make or break test for finishing this list. Games List: 1. NieR Replicant - 0% 2. Ghost of a Tale - 0% 3. Battle Chef Brigade Deluxe -100% 4. Spirit Farer - 0% 5. Popular Post Hurricane_Tanya
Update 5: 1. Sly 2: Band of Thieves (42%) >> 100% 2. Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage (43%) >> 100% 3. A Plague Tale: Innocence (17%) >> 100% 4. Infamous (100%) 5. Bully (100%) 6. Nightmares of the Deep (0%) >> 100% 7. Infamous 2 (0%) >> inFamous Festival of Blood (0%) 8. A Musical Story (100%) swaps used 2/2 I completed Spyro 2 and A Plague Tale, infamous 2 was supposed to be next, but my next platinum is no. 50! I always said that 50 would be Red Dead Redemption (because I loved the game back on 360, and I adore RDR2), I’m not sure I’ll have enough time to do both games this month, and I can’t add red dead as I don’t know if I can get 100% (playing on ps now). Instead I’m swapping out infamous 2 for infamous festival of blood, and I’ll hopefully get to infamous 2 soon.
