Popular Post Darling Baphomet
Finished Ghost Giant, a fun little VR game that had been sitting in my backlog for a very long time. Probably going to start either Falcon Age or Groundhog Day next, and put aside some time for Forgotten Anne - Forbidden West and Vampire Bloodhunt have been taking up much of my flat gaming time lately, but I should have time to spare for one or two more flats by the time the next challenge starts. current list: Spoiler IN PROGRESS: Monster Sanctuary - 18% Forgotten Anne - 8% COMPLETED: Hypnospace Outlaw - 100% Odin Sphere Leifthrasir - 100% Skyrim VR - 100% Ghost Giant - 100% NOT YET STARTED: Falcon Age - 28% Groundhog Day: Like Father Like Son - 0% Pixel Ripped 1995 - 7% Bow to Blood - 44% Moss - 10% Duke Nukem 3D: World Tour - 0% Neon City Riders - 0%
Popular Post Heather342
Update 12 - Final update Hi gang, hope you are all having a great week and clearing out those backlogs ? My update this week is slightly earlier than usual, but that is because today I have finished my challenge list! ? This week all I've been playing was Catherine. At the start of the week I finished up stages 7 and 8 on hard mode and got those gold prizes. Stage 9 was more difficult and took me longer to do. For some reason I really struggled to get gold on 9-1, I think it was mainly due to the RNG of the mystery blocks, I seemed to get a lot of bomb blocks revealed out of those that would just blow huge holes in my tower and ruin my run. 9-2, 9-3 and 9-4 were pretty straightforward, and I got those gold prizes really quickly. The boss level on 9-5 took me aaaaages, and I kept losing my step chain combo which was really irritating. Then yesterday I managed to finish the final boss on 9-6. First attempt somehow only netted me an overall silver prize, which was a bit disappointing. But then I ran it again moving a lot faster and improved my score by 50,000 points....go figure ? With hard mode completed, the last thing to complete was stage 4 of Babel, Axis Mundi. It took me quite a few tries, but I managed to get it earlier today ?. It needs to be played in co-op mode, because the single player version is glitched and pretty much impossible. It can get a bit confusing controlling both characters by yourself and swapping the controllers constantly ?. Overall though I really loved this game, and it was a really good challenge. Would recommend if you like puzzle games. And with that, my list is complete. Well done to everyone who took part, and good luck to those still working on those lists. Many thanks to @MidnightDragonfor hosting, and hope to see you again in the summer challenge ? Trophy progress: Gravity Rush - 31 -> 100% Assassin's Creed Unity - 13 -> 100% Guacamelee! - 0 -> 100% Death's Door - 0 -> 100% Hades - 0 -> 100% Crash Bandicoot - 34 -> 100% Catherine - 32 -> 100% Swaps used 1/2 Catherine Full Body -> Death's Door

Popular Post Zvetiki
Finished successfully: * Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning PS4 (80% → 100%) * Psychedelica of the Black Butterfly PSV (53% → 100%) * Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy PS4 (100%) * Valkyria Chronicles 4 PS4 (100%) * The Secret of Monkey Island PS3 (100%) * Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don't Dry PS4 (100%) * Root Double -Before Crime * After Days- Xtend Edition PSV (74%)* Costume Quest 2 PS3 (0%) Swaps used: 2/2 The Fatesworn DLC is well worth its money due to the sheer amount of content. Quality wise, it's mostly "more of the same" with respect to the base game. Amalur fans will enjoy this. Pychedelica is an Otome game in a mystery setting, with a rather tragic story. While the romance theme is constantly present and pervades every part of the story, there is also an underlying theme of death and coping. Otome fans who desire all endings to be happy should not get their hopes up. Nice visuals, good VA. So, this concludes my first Backlog Challenge. Originally I only signed up to progress in the Bingo Bonanza, where one of the subchallenges was to complete a game for another PSNP event . But it was a fun time and I enjoyed reading all the progress reports. Will probably sign up for Summer again.
Popular Post dark_moon689
4th Update: Finished Pirates of the Caribbean, it was very buggy, i mean the game was fun as any other Lego game but the bugs made getting the trophies an annoyance. I haven't managed to do too much gaming the last week, had a whole lot going on, but thankfully they've mainly been good things, so it's been pretty welcome I must say, I did manage to get Resident Evil 4 fully completed in that time though. That was a really nice one to revisit. I know we've got very little of the challenge left, but I'm a little more freed up time-wise now, so I still feel semi-confident I can finish up. I just might have to bust out my final swap at the eleventh hour, if it happens, it happens! It's been great seeing some of you actually put your lists to bed and finish up the challenge! Congratulations to all of you have managed to finish early. Looking like it might be cutting it very close to the wire if I even do ?. It was nice to actually play a game with one of you joining in with the event too, even if we did only play the game for about twenty minutes, it was still nice to lend a hand where I could! Thoughts on Resident Evil 4! This one was a real treat to play through again. It's a game I've been fond of for a very long time, and in all honesty I'd probably left it a little too long between playthroughs this time. As it turned out, that was a good thing, because there was so much of the game that I'd either forgotten, or at the time didn't appreciate how good they were. It's quite easy to forget when you haven't played the game for a while, how revolutionary this game was for both the Resident Evil series, and the video game industry at the time. I had a great time with it though - I really wanted to learn the Ditman glitch, as I have watched quite a lot of Resident Evil 4 Speedruns over the years, and I always thought it looked really cool to perform. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to really sit down and try, but I might do in the future just for fun. It's just one of those games where even if you've played it multiple times, it's never boring, and that's something that a lot of the very high quality Resident Evil games have in common come to think of it. Resident Evil 4 really does leave a huge legacy behind, and Capcom have got a really tough job on their hands in remaking it, as this is one of those titles like Final Fantasy VII that is beloved by a lot of people. It just works on so many levels, when I was writing my review of the game, which I'll link here in my checklist thread, it was really interesting delving into some of the smaller bits and pieces which really elevate it to a higher level. I'm a fan of great sound design always, but Resident Evil 4 does a particularly good job with it I think. I could talk about all of them here, but I'd probably end up typing for ages and falling asleep at my keyboard. Which as always is why I decided to link the review, because apparently I don't know when to shut up! I might go and start Evoland for a little bit as I'm not too tired right now and I'm free as a bird tomorrow! Catch you all in the next one, you awesome bunch!

I also finished the common route in Maitetsu: Pure Station and made progress in Kamen Rider: Memory of Heroez. Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age (or Streiter des Schicksals here in Germany): A (almost) perfect classic JRPG. My only points of criticism come from things in the 3. act/post game and are minor in nature: Spoiler - The hero acts like an idiot in the beginning of the 3.act/ post game. He is send back in time to prevent the 2.act from happening, fights of the evil underling who destroys his party at the end of act 1 but then nearly give the evil master the sword of light (twice) which is only prevented through the real final boss intervene in it. - the side quest log is a bit strange in the post game. It shows/reminds you of side quests like "present your female companion in a bunny suit to an old man" but not side quests like "rebuild your home village".
Popular Post Fanatixa1
Hi everyone, Here’s my last update for this challenge since I’ve completed my list and I won’t be adding anymore games. I’ve played and completed Thomas was Alone this week. I enjoyed this little puzzle game that was not too hard. Next to Thomas was alone I’m still working towards the Crash 4 platinum bit by bit. It won’t be eligible for this challenge tho. I have to say I’m quite happy with my progress for this challenge. I think it’s my first full completed challenge and even tho I had some easier games, there were also some longer ones on my list. Good luck everyone on the last week of the challenge, I will see you in the summer challenge. Thank you @MidnightDragon for hosting! 1. Cook, Serve, Delicious 3! - 100% 2. A Short Hike - 100% 3. Popular Post Crispy_Oglop
Final update time - Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is finally, finally done. I enjoyed it overall, but the last 10 hours were a bit of a marathon in terms of finding the energy to get it done. It's definitely the most expansive Star Wars game i've ever played, well maybe not if you include both the old and current Star Wars MMO's. The new format grew on me (I had my reservations in the opening 10-15 hours, but I ended up really enjoying the gameplay systems the game offered. Trouble was, there was so much content with so much of the systems repeated, that you kinda ended up with fatigue. Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice I'll get it out of the way and say first that I thought this game was fantastic! I came out of the other end of it feeling satisfied, but mentally exhausted. So much so that I actually need a little break from challenges and games for a week or so. I'll collect my thoughts properly for the mental health challenge thread, but this game hit me in lot's of different ways. The visuals, audio and writing really stuck with me and I will definitely play through this again at some point in future, maybe before the sequel comes out on the Xbox. Night in the Woods I was going to give this one some attention, but going into it after Hellblade, I just wasn't feeling it at all. So i'm going to drop this one and likely return to it in the coming months. The 20 mins I tried were compelling, but not for me right now. Challenge ended! So that's the end of the challenge for me, I managed everything on the list with a couple of over-time additions too which i'm pleased with. I chose some pretty heavy duty platinums for this challenge so I might have to reduce that for the next one. As for the next challenge, I'm going to take the time running up to it and break from gaming for a bit. I have a few real life things happening that need my attention too, so I can get those out of the way and come back focused for the next challenge soon Thanks for all of the wonderful updates folks! They've been really great to read! Divinity: Original Sin GTA V Beyond: Two Souls Dark Souls Remastered Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Ghostwire: Tokyo Dark Souls 2 Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga ? Popular Post KimBongUn420
Update 10: finally moved and started my new job last week, which was neat. Currently living with the bare minimum of an air mattress, clothes and some technology (laptop/monitor/PS5) and it's honestly pretty nice lol. Makes me want to throw out half the stuff that's on the moving truck ? Also moving sucks and I remember now why I try to avoid doing it as much as possible. Progress: I've only played about 4 hours of Horizon Forbidden West over the past 2 weeks. Not too much further to the platinum, but I'm going to continue playing past that until I have the map completed. I've enjoyed the game so far, although I'm not sure it's better than ZD. Popular Post oxford_wolf007
Update 7 Hope everyone is doing well! Here’s to the final push!!! Haven't decided yet if I'm going to join for the summer. Instead of completing things, I have about 10-15 games (many of them long, open world games) that need to at least be started (and maybe even have the story played through). I'm beginning my new job on September 1st, so I won't have much time for gaming after then. It could potentially add to my backlog of minimally played games, rather than reducing it as per the event philosophy, so I'm hesitating. ? NFS Rivals Special thanks to @rjkclarke for helping me out with those online trophies. I was so worried about them and you made it a breeze! It was great playing with you. Currently level 35 cop, level 18 racer, 79/100 gold medals. Enjoying the cop part, the racer part is a bit difficult. Hoping to finish this by Thursday, as I’m going to be away for the Memorial Day holiday weekend. That will probably complete the challenge for me, since I won’t have time to finish Brutal for Uncharted 2 (but maybe speedrun…). Leveling up is going a bit slower than I thought though, so it’ll be a tight finish! I thought I would have trouble finishing my original list but in the end I was able to do an extra game too. Falling Skies didn't give me much trouble, I just had to keep an eye on the buggy trophies. There's a way to get the RNG missions to appear after beating the story. I was glad for that because I still needed to do 2 more when I was done with everything else and while one of them showed up fast I had to play a lot of mission before I came across the hint that made the other one appear. I also took a few notes that I will be dropping in the guide's comment section. Alright, no more games for me. Thank you @MidnightDragon for hosting! Popular Post ferginator88
Update #3 It has been two months since my last update, so my apologies for the delay. I, unfortunately, had a death in the family in late March which meant I had to do quite a bit of traveling across the country to visit family and attend memorials. There were a few weeks when I wasn't able to play at all, but it was certainly a nice (albeit difficult) time to be with family I have not seen in years. As such, I won't be finishing my list in the next few days, BUT, I have made really good progress on a few titles. 1. Batman Arkham Origins: Blackgate - PS Vita - 19% > 76% - I should be finishing this one by the end of the month! I'm actually having a lot of fun with this one! 2. Medal of Honor - PS3 - 78% > 80% - I need to get back to this game and finish it off once and for all 3. Ratchet & Clank - PS3 - 10% - Sadly wasn't able to touch this one 4. Elden Ring - PS5 - 31% > 100% - I got this one back in early April and was luckily able to savescum the endings (the final boss was brutal). Overall GOTY for me so far 5. Demon's Souls - PS5 - 4% - I tried playing this the other night and got destroyed. ? 6. Resident Evil 2 - PS4 - 32% 7. Crash Bandicoot: Warped - PS4 - 47% > 100% - Finally got this one off my list after years of inaction (also cleaned up Crash 2 while I was in the Crash groove) 8. Mass Effect 2 - PS4 - 0% > 100% - It was a joy to play this one again after five or so years since my last playthrough. While it's my least fave of the Trilogy, it's still one of the best games ever made. (Eff the Collector Ship on Insanity though) In addition to this, I also took 20 hours in April to grind out Fall Guys before the old launcher shut down so I was happy to mark that game off my backlog and get two shiny platinum from it thanks to autopops! Thanks for setting this up MidnightDragon and looking forward to seeing everyone else finish strong this week!

Popular Post PeachyJacobs
I haven't come close to reaching my goals in this challenge. I had a pretty busy few months and didn't get to game a whole lot. I got Gran Turismo 7 to 92% but I don't see it getting much higher in the next couple days. I need to buy 1 more car which won't release in time, drive a fair bit for a distance trophy, and finish another 43 online races. Unlikely in 4 days. Popular Post StilRh
Hi guys. Hope you've had a good week. This week I've been working a lot of extra hours to get ready for a hospital inspection. Having said that I have completed most of the character specific trophies for LOH: Cold Steel 2. Unfortunately I've been playing the nightmare NG+ without a guide so I've messed up the companion trophy for Alfin (her final bonding events are limited) so I will have to play through a third time... Because of this I was a bit disheartened and put the game down for half the week and dabbled with Hitman 3 for novelty instead. Now that I've accepted the need for a third playthrough I've nearly reached the end fo the NG+ run and can likely do this either on Monday or Tuesday after work. It'll be very tight but I want to finish this before the end of the challenge. With regards to my other goal for this week, Muv Luv: alternative, my vita keeps crapping out on me and I'm thinking about finding my Vita TV to play this.. I don't know if I'll manage this before the end of the challenge. Been mentally revising my planned Summer challenge games. So much I want to get in there but trying to be realistic. Take it easy guys Spoiler Deep Rock Galactic 51% Dying light 2 100% Elden Ring 11% Horizon Forbidden West 100% Legend of Heroes: Tales of Cold Steel 2 77% > 90% Muv-Luv Alternative 20% Nier Replicant 38% Okami 18% Sakura: Of rice and ruin 100% Undermine 41%
