Planet Coaster - 11 Trophies In 5 Minutes + Miscellaneous Trophy Guides [Video]

Hello! Welcome to Planet Coaster, where you can build the theme park of your dreams, in the comfort of your own home!

 

During the month of February 2022, Planet Coaster (PS5) will be available for FREE on PlayStation Plus! 

 

 

Below, you'll find 3 videos, all fully commentated by yours truly, (hopefully) making it as easy as possible to grab some trophies! 

 

The top video shows you how to obtain 11 rollercoaster related trophies in just 5 minutes! 

 

• The trophies this rollercoaster unlocks are as follows: Scream if You Want to Go Faster! , Speed Freak , A Head for Heights , Coasting Along , Don't Stop Me Now , Hang Time , Faster than Lightning , Jaw Dropping , The Ride of Your Life , Air Raising  & Air Miles  

 

The middle video is for a trophy called Salt On The Senses , for adding the maximum amount of salt to your fries. 

 

And finally, the bottom video is for a trophy called You're A Winner! , for winning a Go Karts race while driving the kart. ?

It's not. You can use the frontier workshop to drop in coasters for coaster objectives which in my opinion is the hardest part of the game. I'm dreadful at coaster design ? there's a few tricky stages but nothing too difficult. Cash flow is trivial as you can basically break the game using pricing guides. Max out scenery on rides and set the price as prestige/37.6. For vendor pricing see below.

 

You can just focus on building a sweet park rather than constantly managing cash flow. It is not a 7/10 difficulty by a long shot

You're welcome buddy! I believe it's 32%, as all 13 make it 34% - To be fair, for such little effort, it's not bad at all, especially for free trophies  (However, all credit goes to WHRebelion for making the rollercoaster itself, although I had to test like 4 or 5 rollercoasters during my research period, so that's the extent my efforts went to)

31% = 11 trophies

32% = 12 trophies

34% = 13 trophies

I tried vendor pricing of that image in mission 5 (the one with unfinished rollercoaster) but prices are way too high, I had to lower prices a lot to make customers happy again. Are there other conditions in order to successfully use those prices?

Possibly, i don't remember every mission specifically but I do know I used that pricing all the time. Just to make sure you are making sure to set all extras to 'A lot'?

I thought "a lot" was not an availble option for those specific shops but I'll check again, maybe I just missed that and that's why everyone was so upset

Thanks, I'll update this later (mission is gold now but I'm curious).

 

EDIT: so was my bad, with "a lot" in every add on (choose the "+" sign on food's left side) prices are accepted by customers (but put toilets near your shops :D).

The "You're A Winner" trophy will not pop for me.

 

I've got the ride named correctly and I am able to control the Kart, but even if I win the kart will do another lap after finishing and no trophy for me. I've done it a few times now and no luck. Anyone know what might be going on?

what i did, start the test lap and when any cart is close to cross finish line, pause it, switch to the kart first place and unpause, trophy n.n
