Oztreicher Posted January 16, 2014 Share Posted January 16, 2014 Hey, I have the Tritton AX Pro+ Headset & its connected to the PS4, the sound comes through perfect but when I connect the microphone, its showing up on all the games I have and party chat, that it is not connected. I have tested it on my PS3 & XBOX 360 and the microphone works fine, its just not working on the PS4 for some reason. Anyone know why? Sorted it!! Parker Posted January 16, 2014 Share Posted January 16, 2014 As far as I'm aware last generation headsets won't work with voice chat on the PS4. My Astro A40's and A50's play game sound but not voice chat. Did you figure out a way to get your Trittons to work with the voice chat? If so, care to share? BlindMango Posted January 16, 2014 Share Posted January 16, 2014 (edited) It's hilarious because PlayStation branded headsets for the PS3 aren't even compatible with the PS4. I think support for the PS Pulse headset among others will be compatible after the next update or something along those lines.
