DordorTheSwift
This seemed to be a pretty easy game but the huge jump in difficulty in the abandoned tower is breaking me. I even bumped the difficulty down to casual but it's still horrendous. My monsters are lv40 with lv5 equipment. I have a variety of types with buffs and debuffs. On the 1 in 10 times I beat the status-hell trainer in front of the pillars, the giant monster after AOEs me into oblivion. No healer can keep up or even survive two rounds. Am I missing some essential stat improving facet of the game, or something like that? Right now it's putting this game from a recommendation from me, to an avoid. Its really figuring out which monsters can play off of each other. Utilizing buffs and debuffs together with each monster. If youre truly stuck there is a video online thatll show you a good team thatll take you through every challenge pretty easily. But there are many other combos as well, you just have to take the time to read through each skill tree on monsters and pick ones that go together. When I got stuck (without any video help) I took like 30-40m putting together a new team. Its a good game, highly recommend, but it takes far more strategy than Pokemon
