Cruel Sister trophy problems

I got all the other mail related trophies but get this one to trigger. I get the first mail and I answer it but the other ones don't show up. I tried answering every mail on that day and not answering the other ones but answering the one needed for this trophy. I've tried starting the game from the beginning and skipping until that email but that also hasn't worked. Has anyone figured it out what causes it to glitch?

 

EDIT: Possible solution, started from the beginning again and answered the email from Lukako in chapter 1, might be the reason it works but can't be sure

Not sure if it is a glitch, but simply follow this guide:

It is mentioned there as "Trophy 3", so like in first 15 mins of the game with skipping

Can confirm this was the problem. Started a new game, ignored the first mails before family and got no second mail (sister) afterwards. I restarted again, answered all of Lukako's mails and got the follow up mails just fine.
