I was wondering if mine was bugged too since the description of this trophy is so weird and it didn't pop just by going into 4BC mode. However just got this and the platinum and you are supposed to get this trophy from beating the Hand of the King on 4BC. Did you quit your run after beating the Giant on 4BC (after getting the 5th boss cell)?
