A great platformer which brought me back to my youth. I finished assassins creed Rogue after 7 years and I started and completed Battlefield 1 of which I enjoyed the multiplayer very much. Cauvuh_Lakrwa Posted June 17, 2022 Share Posted June 17, 2022 Hey Guys, Sorry for the spam (3 posts after each other) but I finally finished my uncommon level list: Dirt 5 - 100% Day of the Tentacle - 100% Control - 100% God of War 100% Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl - 100% Dirt 5 was a game I really enjoyed. Normally I don't play racing games and if I play them, most of the time it is a Need for Speed game. Dirt 5 was a different kind of racing game and I really liked playing it. Bought the dlc's so I could 100% it entirely. With the dlc there was still a short grind to get a certain mileage but nothing I couldn't handle. I heard Day of the Tentacle was a classic so I had to play it. Fun it sure was! Reminded me of some childhood games (Pink Panther for example) and the humor in it was my cup of tea. Control was the game I enjoyed least of these five games. The story was confusing and it took me some determination to finish the game. The gameplay, however, I liked. It had some really cool elements. God of War is the game I enjoyed the most. The story, gameplay and world all were amazing. The development of the characters and how they interacted with eachother throughout the story really stuck with me. I'm really excited for Ragnarok and I hope the developers can keep the quality as high as with this installment! Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl was a free ps+ game of the month June and I decided to trade this one in for Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales because I lend that game out to a friend and I don't see that one coming back any time soon (he's having a lot of fun with it). NASB was a nice and easy game, nothing too special. The characters took be back to my childhood (especially Cat-Dog and Helga from Hey! Arnold). The reason it took so long for my uncommon list to complete was that I was occupied with other games. These games are on my rare and very/ultra rare level lists so I already made a lot of progress here. Sorry to bring this out, but you can't "report" games for a higher level than the one where you are currently on, before you finish them.. but you can use higher level games to clear lower levels. In other words, you can't report games for the UR level, before you clear the previous levels, but you can use an UR game to clear the UC level. This is accordingly to the date the platinum is achieved and not according to your report date. (You can check my example, where I used a few times higher level games to clean up the earlier levels, including an UR for the Rare level, it's also why I'm stalling a few games right now, while I still work on the last Rare game). Still, that's quite a list that you have going on in there!! And depending on the order that you got the platinums, you may already have reached the Ultra Rare tier! (No, I didn't looked at your profile for the dates if when you got the platinums..) As for me, I should post an update "soon", since I only got 1 more game cleared for Rare level (I Am Setsuna, leaving me at Rare level 4/5), and did a few of the Quests, but not enough to actually be worth updating (still going after the 50 Rare trophies from March lol). Neither do I have to compel to any order, so any UR level game I've already completed will count when I reach that level. I feel that there shouldn't be a cap because I feel like everyone should be able to play what it is they want and just let loose. I understand where you are coming from about the amount of effort that goes into common platinums vs ultra rare platinums. For me, I haven't had the time to sit down and get into gaming other than playing the EzPz common platinum games (hence why I am still on the uncommon level...). As tasteless as this may sound, doing the EzPz platinums is a way I can keep up with everyone else. I've just been quite busy as of late at work and in my personal life. Either way works for me, since I don't see it as a competition at all and more like a challenge (well, I don't see anyone reaching closer to @DoctorDrPepper...) I also need to seriously do an update, since I finely finished last month the Rare Level, as well as the March challenges... I also got my 1st VR game and a 6th R platinum thanks to GT7.. Also bought a VITA and already finished some games on that console too. I've played a lot of AC games, but Assassin's Creed Unity is among the best I've played. Nothing touches the Ezio saga though. I've read some negative reviews on this game but I think the game in itself is a lot of fun and exactly what an AC game needs to be: Take a historical setting/event and make a story around it. It really works for this setting (French revolution) and as a true crime enthousiast (and a history nerd) I was really stoked about the murder missions (in which you investigate a murder, not commit one). I spend hours with Wikipedia open to while playing this game to just learn about all events happening in this game. Nothing too hard except the 100% completion is (as always) a bit of a grind. Another game based around historical events: Battlefield V. A game revolving about WWII but I was a bit dissapointed in the "campaign". Multiplayer made up for that and no trophies were especially hard, except the ones were you have to fly a plane, but I totally suck at that. Assassin's Creed Rogue (PS3) is another installment of the AC franchise I completed. I started this game more than 6,5 years ago and just recently finished it. After booting up the game after 5 years I didn't know in what state I would find my game. Luckily for me I had one savefile on already 86% completion so the last 14% didn't prove a real hassle. I almost regretted finishing this one AFTER Unity because in the last scene Spoiler Arno (protagonist of Unity) witnesses his father dead by the hands of Shay (the protagonist of Rogue). The last scene of Rogue really transitions well into the first scene of Unity. Lego DC Super-Villains is the first game of the Lego franchise I ever played and I really enjoyed it. Trophywise nothing too hard, even the collectibles weren't a real grind. Loved the humor and loved the gameplay. Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure was the last game on my list and boy was it fun. I struggled a bit in the beginning but later on I really had a flow playing it. Had some decent co-op action in which I boosted my teammates. Nothing too hard, only the trophy Cute Loot, which requires you to kill a chubby, was a real pain in the ass. Being based on RNG I had no luck finding one in my campaign so I tried grinding for it in a certain area. After 8 long hours of grinding I finally found and killed one and I couldn't be happier.
