PS4 to PS5 Transfer Question

I've read many forums and examined profiles, but I can't find a definitive reason for the discrepancy. I recently finished the S for Hitman 3 on PS4. I notice that when people access Hitman 3 on PS4 after earning the S on PS5, they are often getting the full autopop. I see plats popping in 10 seconds or so, which I'd expect for an 84 trophy rack.

 

However, for those who have the S on PS4, and then move to PS5, the full autopop isn't happening. The average fastest times are running 8-10 minutes for the PS5 "autopop." What are the issues? Are there activities players are needing to redo? Are there glitches associated with this move to PS5? Thanks!!
