Yes, I agree with you, Lego and a keyboard is out of time now, but we have Remote play and macro apps, that could do the trick of moving the cursor to Retry button after the finish. If it is almost impossible to write a macro to get gold in linenses, I assume it is still possible to make a macro to start the race, avoid the first cars with Dodge and then drive by the wall, pass by the pit entry at the end of the lap and after the finish restart the race.

P.S. in GT5 cursor also was out of position to restart the race, that's why I used Lego to move the left stick down, so everything is possible if you are really in need of that =)

With what tool do you create macro ?

I didn't remember to move the cursor when i was grinding in GT5 but maybe it was changed after i didn't remember well. Maybe it was on b spec mode.

Does anyone know how to contact Polyphony and ask what cars are required? The credit grind for this game is crazy and I’m sure I’m not the only who’s anxious about spending 12 million on the XJ13 when there’s no guarantee it counts. That would be a huge waste of many hours spent grinding credits. The car never even competed so I’m not sure how it can be ‘destined to win.’

That was my way of thinking. Try reaching out to Polyphony Digital and asking, perhaps Twitter or something?

Yes it was B-spec, don't remember how many races needed, but i think from 350 to 500 races.

I used macro once in GTA5 to obtain a plush toy from toy machine. Took about 2 hours, and macro worked quiet well. I used komefai ps4 macro, don't know how will it work with ps5.

I just managed to get over 12.5 Million today using the Fisherman's Ranch method. However I am too hesitant buying the XJ13, since it never even entered Le Mans. My strategy is to hold on to the money I have and then basically buy any car through the Legendary Dealer that talks about the car being "destined to win" in any way shape or form.
Do you think they might update the trophy description with a new update? There will be a server maintenance in the morning so I think a new update is around the corner.

XJ13 should enter limited stock tomorrow then sold out friday.

I also have 12m so i'll just see what happens tonight and if the car seems irrelevant i might buy the XJ13 just to be sure.

Every time I see a new post in this thread I get all excited thinking that someone has finally found out the correct cars to purchase for the trophy, only to be disappointed to see yet another farming related post instead.

You do realise a Robin Reliant could appear in the Legend Cars store and at least three people will post about it in this thread, I’m afraid you’re going to suffer a lot of premature excitement.

I found a list online of all cars in GT7 and picked out all the winners of either Le Mans or Daytona 24 hour races that aren't available to buy from brand central:

Audi R18 TDI (Le Mans 2011)
BMW 3.0 CSL Race Car 1972
Ferrari 330 P4 ’67
Ford GT40 Mk 1 ’66
Ford Mark IV Race Car ’67
Jaguar D-Type 1954
Jaguar XJR-9 ’88
Mazda 787B ’91
McLaren F1 GTR – BMW (Kokusai Kaihatsu UK Racing) ’95
Mercedes-Benz 300 SL (W194) CN.194 ’52
Mercedes-AMG Sauber C9 ’89
Porsche 917K ’70
Porsche 962 C ’88

Looks like there are a few to pick from.

This is the list I am working off, not sure if it's 100% accurate - https://www.theloadout.com/gran-turismo-7/car-list

Audi R18 TDI '11 is available from Brand Central.

@Sojaldo Rough estimates, ones with asterisks are not listed on Hagerty's website but are solid guesses. Ones that are listed have a link below, only 3 lol. Also Curious what race the BMW CSL won, i cant find it

Audi R18 TDI (Le Mans 2011)                *? (only 6 exist) no sales numbers at all, i would guess 1-2mil based on cost of Brand Central LeMans Winners In last 10 Years
BMW 3.0 CSL Race Car 1972                  *Unsure which variant, road version valued at 200k

https://www.hagerty.com/valuation-tools/bmw/3.0csl/1972/1972-bmw-3.0csl
Ferrari 330 P4 ’67                   *15 Million
Ford GT40 Mk 1 ’66                   5 Million

https://www.hagerty.com/valuation-tools/ford/gt40/1966/1966-ford-gt40-mk_i?id=aCn1I000000CxqESAS&search=q%3D1966%20Ford%20GT40%20Mk%20I
Ford Mark IV Race Car ’67     4.6 Million Confirmed already appeared in game

https://www.hagerty.com/valuation-tools/ford/gt40/1967/1967-ford-gt40-mk_iv?id=aCn1I000000D82gSAC&search=q%3D1967%20Ford%20GT40%20Mk%20IV

Jaguar D-Type 1954                4 million

https://www.hagerty.com/valuation-tools/jaguar/d~type/1954/1954-jaguar-d~type?id=aCn1I000000CuiaSAC&search=q%3D1954%20Jaguar%20D-Type
Jaguar XJR-9 ’88                          *2 Million
Mazda 787B ’91                           *2-3 Million
McLaren F1 GTR – BMW (Kokusai Kaihatsu UK Racing) ’95      *15-20 Million
Mercedes-Benz 300 SL (W194) CN.194 ’52                                  *10-15 Million
Mercedes-AMG Sauber C9 ’89                                                     * cant find anything, costed 5,350,000 in GT6
Porsche 917K ’70                                    *15 Million
Porsche 962 C ’88                                     * 750,000 to 2Million

Unfortunately its hard to get an exact value for most of these cars because so few have sold :(

There are two of them according to the list, one is Audi R18 TDI (Audi Sport Team Joest) ’11 which is listed in brand central the other is Audi R18 TDI (Le Mans 2011) which is not and shold be obtainable in Legendary Dealer, i believe the only difference is the livery not sure though, but only the one in the legendary dealer will count.

Just checked the car collection and which cars are available (I have no grey silhouettes when sorting by manufacturer), so can conclude that there's only two R18 in the game, R18 TDI '11 and R18 '16.

Worth mentioning is that the color scheme of the R18 TDI '11 is called "Audi Sport Team Joest", but the car itself is called "R18 TDI '11".

What a ridiculous trophy this is 1f602.png

If you only needed as many credits as you do it is bad enough. But the fact we don't know which cars and that you have to wait weeks for them to appear in the legendary dealership is just stupid.

It won the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring in 1973: http://touringcarracing.net/Races/1973 Nurburgring 24hrs.html

That race was weird though, since it was held in two 8-hour heats, with an 8-hour pause in between.

It also achieved a class victory at Le Mans in 1973 (11th overall). And it competed in the European Touring Car Championship, with CSL drivers winning several races and the drivers title six times in the years 1973 and 1975 to 1979.

Some of them are losers. For example, 962C '88 never won Le Mans nor Daytona. XJR-9 '88 won both, and 962C only won 86/87 Le mans and 86/87/89/91 Daytona. Same goes for GT40 Mark I, or Jaguar D-Type. Also, R18 TDI '11 is available on brand central.
