Chaos difficulty

Instead of making a new topic, does anyone have any recommendations for Chaos difficulty? I have level 300 gear from doing the Greedy mission over and over but I go to do a level 195 mission and am getting killed in 2 hits from everything and barely have any damage output at all besides the level 300 Godhand and even then, some enemies brush that off like I'm not doing anything. No matter how good I can get at doing a fight, some enemy, like those damn worms, will just roll in off screen and body me in one hit, or those damn Nightmares. I'm clearly doing something wrong here and I dont even know how to get the platinum at this point. I forgot an online mode exists so maybe I'll try that.
