Is there easiest way to get this @#[email protected]#$* event?

 

Got 11,798/15,000. And already walking around about 3-6 hours, load and save file,  and watching utube methods but still nothing.

fast travelling to Shibuya Scramble Crossing gets this pop up more often than not. When you fast travel if there are enemies about once starting moving they'll disappear and the Hyakki Yako thing will appear.

Google the interactive map and filter the parades only. Keep fast traveling between all known spots. I’ve found my last in less then 10 minutes that way.
