So I had the Master difficulty save at the Village Leader Hall prior to the new patch dropping set, as well as the new patch installed. The trophy still unlocked doing this trick just now. 

 

I am not sure if it will if you tried doing all the steps now with everything installed.

Unfortunately I've only had the game for a few days and it's now at version 2.0.7. Are there any info if the glitch still works?

Thanks for this guide! Just used it yesterday on the current version and it still works.

 

The game is fun enough and the combat is fine on normal, but it's definitely not tight enough for master difficulty to be even remotely enjoyable.

Done the Platinum now on two consoles. A friend of mine was very happy, that I did it for her a few days ago .. and now I'm happy too ?

It was already a pain to get to this point on Master Difficulty, wasn't expecting the first boss being that hard... ? 

I had to retry the jumps a couple of times, it's just about timing, but works perfectly on 2.07

GG everyone! I am so glad it’s still working  I had a couple people comment on the video it’s working on NG+ as well.

 

Apparently it’s even easier on NG+ since you can just use a bomb on the bridge. I should make a new video ? but i kinda like seeing everyone learn a speedrun move lol

The glitch worked flawlessly, many thanks!

I did it on new game plus, you don’t even need to do the initial tricky jump, since you start with the bombs.

Really Helpful exploit. Already did Kena on master on PC and I just moved to PS5. Master is already pretty difficult so its nice to not have to go through that again...

It still works. I platinumed it few minutes ago and used the exploit.

Just now i checked the guide for this trophy, damn! So i pretty much finished everything and just have the master trophy left, even tho i seen the credits, can i do the glitch?

The guide was referring to a previous exploit.  I was basically the same thing as now, but a different jump.  They patched that but you can still use the one in the OP.

Do I need to have finished the game to exploit on the latest patch? I've completed the game up until the second boss on Master. Can I just jump straight to the explot? Or do I need to lower difficulty and finish the game before attempting?

works totally fine!! just follow the video in the post! don't use ng+, the few enemies you actually have to fight should be no problem if you killed the rott god. thanks so much for this tipp, already started ng+ master difficulty run but the camera is just too fucked up to enjoy this run like in other games.

You need to have a save file with the Mountain Shrine checkpoint. If you don’t have one from your first playthrough then it will be a bit more work getting to the end again :\ Once you have the Mountain Shrine checkpoint, you can do the trick in the video at any point in a master playthrough

Got it to work no problem. Jumping the gap was fine but getting up and over the wall took me a few attempts. Nice game that,  might have been spoiled by the difficulty there methinks
