Anyone managed to unlock Rika?

I went and killed like 100 enemies and the boss to unlock her didn't spawn. Completed the arena. (Just use sniper and if you stay behind enemies they won't aggro, strafe when bosses are around)

 

Is there a way to check your combo or does it reset or something?

Just did over 80 in a row with Yukina in main world and no unlock

I have a feeling it might be glitched, I've killed 69 peeps with each character in a row and still nothing.

Unless you have to do it without being damaged? I'll give that a try see how it goes.

Appears this was patched in on steam so guess we are missing the update

 

EDIT: Same trophy is also glitched on PS5 version too. Well the 'event' to get the trophy doesnt occur/is glitched.

 

EDIT2: In the Dev's discord ATM one person has suggested it has to be the arena character (Kagura).

I have tried (took damage) and it didnt unlock, so need to try without taking any hits. Bit of a pain with that character

One of the devs just posted on discord that there's a glitch and will be patched soon (no eta)

Is anyone else having trouble syncing their trophies though? I (think) I have all but the all characters trophy but it won't show up on my trophies list, and when I try to sync it just says "something went wrong"

 

Edit: trophies now show up. Probably just a timing thing(ps5)

 

Edit: trophies are up. Got Rika, trophy did not pop

Beat the arena + get 30 combo on the island and defeat the giant waifu. Looks glitched right now though so I'd maybe wait.

Well, I got the platinum on one of the versions by opening the game after the update.

But on the other version I am at exactly the same point, but no trophy pop. 

I'll do arena to wave 10 again and see if it pops.

For anyone struggling with the stupid arena here's how I did it.

I got the Waifu Master trophy to pop on the PS4 by unlocking all bar the one waifu you get from beating the Arena. Also, I unlocked Rika by getting 30 kills in a row to trigger the Super Waifu, then killing them.

Update.

When I killed 30 waifus without death & character replace, blue mark(Super Waifu) appeared at south beach of main island.

I killed the super waifu, then I got Rika.

If you want to get Kagura, you have to clear the Arena, you can challenge it after all star is collected.
