Popular Post YaManSmevz
Update #3 6/21/22 What's good, everybody? Real quick, those three resets on CMM3? Make that four. Thankfully one buddy is getting started with this monstrosity and another who's already finished it has been kind enough to offer a hand, so i ditched the reset crew at long last. Lemmetellya, patience does not always pay off! Been having a lot of fun with Guacamelee, and I can feel that it's about to get broken wide open. El Infierno, Hard mode, and miscellanea are all that's left! This game does a great job of not only providing you with a plethora of dope abilities, but actually necessitating them! This game can be pretty chill if you just let it? A great time, this one. Charm for days, and I can't wait to see the true ending, cuz the one you get if you ain't been collecting the orbs is kinda sad! Flipping Death has been wrapped up, and I loved it. Almost as wild a ride as Stick It to the Man, but a lot more focused. I was surprised by the story's progression, it had a genuine depth to it that Zoink's previous game wouldn't even have dreamed of - pretty impressive, I thought. Also, completely against the whole spirit of a backlog clearing challenge, I will be adding the recently purchased TMNT: Shredder's Revenge. Yes, I am a child. No I'm not proud of that, but it does mean I get to play a Ninja Turtles game so that makes it all okay. I'm really glad you enjoyed The Saboteur, @rcrharvick! I had that on the 360 and absolutely loved it... but you are right, by the time you get to the end that freeplay stuff does wear out its welcome? Anyway, props to everybody puttin in that work, y'all are doing a great job. As always, thanks for reading and thanks for posting! 1. Transistor (4%) 2. Salt and Sanctuary (0%) 3. Stick It to the Man! ✅️ 4. Guacamelee! (15-->45%) 5. Unmetal ✅️ 6. SOMA (0%) 7. Flipping Death (31-->100%) ✅️ 8. MidnightDragon
Tempted to make Pac-Man the replacement for Dragon Age II, but that's not gonna happen. I'm past the easiest part. That being said, I think I know what I'm going to do. Edited June 22, 2022 by MidnightDragon
Heather342
@YaManSmevz I'm sending you winning vibes to get through El Infierno Challenge 10 (use El Portero), the orb in the Tule Tree and the orb in Sierra Moreno. Those were the hardest things for me when I played ?. I also found the Caverna del Pollo as the Skeleton Luchador was pretty tough, but I'm not sure if that's a requirement in the STCE version of the game
Popular Post KimBongUn420
Update 3: Not much to report, still progressing through Lost Judgment. Made it to the end of the 4th chapter and have all of the gambling and arcade mini games finally done. I'm about 1/4 of the way through the TownGo completion list and have the skateboarding and eSports school stories done. Still having a great time with it. Didn't get around to finishing Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin so I'll try to do that this weekend. Plans for this week: Finish Stranger of Paradise Get through Chapter 6 of Lost Judgment List: Cyberpunk 2077 [PS5] - 42% Shenmue II Life is Strange: True Colors [PS5] Lost Judgment [PS5] - 3% -> 10% Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin [PS5] - 91% My Name is Mayo 3 Games Complete: 0/6 Trophies: 74/262 (28.2%)
Popular Post ferginator88
Update 2! 1. South Park: The Stick of Truth - 7% 2. Ratchet & Clank - 10% 3. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - 20% 4. Medal of Honor: Frontline - 30% -> 85% - This has been my sole focus since the last update. I'm happy to say I'll be wrapping it up tonight (hopefully). The hard mode was brutal, and there were many levels that made me rage quit. But perseverance and a little luck got me through it, so now I am breezing through the misc. trophies on Easy mode and chapter select. Fun game all in all, but looking forward to being done with it. 5. Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen - 11% 6. Spongebob Squarepants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - 17% -> 100% 7. Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga - 17% -> 18% - Wrapped up Episode 5 and got a little through Episode 6, lots more to be done here. All in all, not making the progress I was hoping for as quickly as I was counting on. Medal of Honor is taking more time than I anticipated. Luckily I am still on track, as I need to average 7% gains per day, and I am meeting exactly that so far if my calculations are correct. After MoH I may switch to Dragon's Dogma and get a full playthrough done, and then may split time between that and Star Wars. We shall see!

Funny, you nailed exactly what I was having trouble with - I've got gold on the first twelve challenges except for ten. Hitting 130 is such a pain! I wanna get that before tackling the last round of challenges, but yeah. Not fun? Just finished collecting the orbs though, and you hit in on the head! I can't decide which was more difficult. Made me grateful that the controls are so sharp though, the need for precision on those two is wild. The Tule Tree orb specifically reminded me why I'll never play Super Meatboy?

Last update I thought it would take me 5-6 hours and that I would be done before the weekend. Turns out that was, uh, a little optimistic. It took about 15 more hours and I just finished up yesterday. Oops. Finding those last runes and writings was taking forever, even with the videos, so I just created a new pilot and knocked them out quickly that way. Then I deleted the game and will never play it again. I don't know what game I'll start next, but it feels good to get one on the board. See you in a week! Had a week off work and managed to make some progress since the last update. Felt really good to get a couple off my backlog. Finished games first 10. Mass Effect 0% > 35% > 100% I’m sure there is very little I could say about ME1 that isn’t already widely known. It was however, new to me. Playing through older games (remasters notwithstanding) when you do not have the nostalgia goggles on is always an interesting experience. It’s like playing through a living time capsule, with all the positive and negative connotations that come with that. As I mentioned in the last update, I found it quite refreshing playing without a quest marker to constantly focus on, and I think it genuinely made me pay attention a lot more to the story arc. The quests and plot felt very by the numbers though, and that is where the format is really showing its age. Not its fault obviously, this was just how western style rpgs were designed back then, but I’m glad quest design has improved to the point that they feel much more engaging than any of these did. Overall I enjoyed it though and think I’ll probably be swapping in ME2 soon. Just need to decide which to drop. In terms of the trophy list it was perhaps a touch too simple. I understand this collection is probably more aimed at veterans who don’t want to do everything again, but I do feel a bit like the Plat came before I’d finished most of the content. 8. Lamentum 0% > 59% > 100% A more obscure one now. I first came across this when it was added to a game of the year list on a youtube channel that I now forget, but the premise seemed so interesting I couldn’t resist. Lamentum is a pixel art survival horror, and as a huge fan of both of those things that was pretty much me sold. Let me be clear from the start for anyone wanting to give this a try: There is absolutely nothing new in this game. Nothing that hasn’t already been done elsewhere years ago. Take the mansion and limited save system from original resident evil, the intentionally clunky slow combat from silent hill, most of the plot from Amnesia dark descent and then imagine what it would look like if it released on the SNES and you’re basically there. That might sound like savage criticism but I don’t mean it to be. Over the years I’ve loved all the games it is ripping off and I loved this one too. Just don’t go in expecting a revelatory experience with 2D survival horror, this one is positively wallowing in nostalgia, which is a neat trick for a new IP. Worth a look if you’re a fan of the genre but doubt it will impress those who aren’t. The trophy list itself will require a guide since for one of the endings collecting missable items and giving correct responses to NPCs is needed. I did a blind playthrough and a cleanup one and I would strongly recommend doing things this way. Cleanup playthrough only takes a couple of hours when you know where to go. 13. Going Under 0% > 4% > 86% Are you a 20-something that’s recently graduated and currently stuck in an office job in a tech company you thought you’d like but turns out not? Well do I have some snarky catharsis for you! Ostensibly this is a dungeon crawler roguelite where you go room to room through procedurally generated levels purchasing potential upgrades for later runs while also trying to fill out a job list from your various mentors. Honestly though it feels much more like the writers just want to write some sarcastic lines about big tech and startups and then build the game from there. It’s not bad, but Hades this is not. Also the trophies by the end get a bit grindy and without assists on it can be brutally hard. Will have more to say when I finish and for now all I have left to do is purchase all the original upgrades and then take on the DLC challenges, which at first glance look awfully tough. Might seem close but I think 100% might still be a while away. The rest of the increases are just bits and pieces while I decide what to focus on next. So won’t mention them till a bit further in.

Stick it to the Man (PS4) - 0% -> 100% Swap 1 - Assassins Creed Freedom Cry -> Back to the Future: The Game Switched gears a bit to focus on the Jump Force grind. 72% but mostly done since I got my character up to Lv100 and unlocked the free missions that give you a lot of gold towards the 1,000,000 gold grind. In all honesty I jumped on this one for the UR J plat, hopefully the grind keeps it UR. Never really had any exposure to the Jump universe and after I'm done with this game if I ever see another Boruto, Goku, Deku or Luffy Monkey again it'll be too soon. The game became much more tolerable after I muted the sound and starting skipping every cinematic, that didn't take too long. The game mechanics themselves aren't too horrible. Swapped the Ass Creed game for Back to the Future, a Tell Tale game but a throwback to their more point n' click games. I think Jump Force sucked all my will to push through a game I wasn't interested in. AC and BttF are basically the same thing anyways, if you don't really think about that statement at all. Finished up Stick it to the Man. A fun, easy little game that doesn't wear out it's welcome. A funny story that's well written and voiced, a weird aesthetic that fits the game and decent, simple controls that get the job done. It was a little finicky, targeting specific objects when they're grouped close together but nothing to really stress over.
Popular Post xItsLesterx
Update #2 Another event update, another game done. Got to finish Battlefield V. I did not enjoy this as thought I would. Maps were too big, even for a 32v32 game. Spawn were weird, whether you chose to spawn near a flag being taken, you'd still spawn far. If not, then you'd spawn right in the middle of everything and get killed off spawn. Too many vehicles and airplanes were allowed at once. Storyline was boring and forgettable. It's whatever. Game is done so I can move on. Was thinking of getting the 100% for Bugsnax before doing South Park: The Stick of Truth (It's over the allowed percentage) and finally onto South Park: The Fractured but Whole but sister is visiting with her first child and brother-in-law brought his Elden Ring copy. Not a fan of FromSoftware games but we played it and it's on my profile ? and now I'm gonna have to platinum the game, some day, at some point ? Games list: Battlefield 1 (0% => 100%) Battlefield V (2% => 100%)) South Park: The Fractured but Whole (0%) Star Wars Battlefront (0%) Star Wars Battlefront II (38%) Great seeing everyone's progress though. I see everyone is on their game and grind. Get it? On their game? ?? Ok, I'll stop Edited June 26, 2022 by xItsLesterx

Popular Post Fanatixa1
Hi everyone, Just a short update from me. I’ve completed Lego the Hobbit after 5 years! Popular Post KazaneHime
Update #5 Control - 100% Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped - 97% ➡️ 100% Detroit: Become Human - 4% ➡️ 27% Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life - 6% Reus - 30% Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars - 100% (3/6) Swaps (0/3) Officially halfway done with my current list! I'm giving myself more time for Reus as everything I hear is that it takes a while, even if it isn't difficult per se. I returned and got the last trophy for Crash right after I finished getting Control to 100%. However, doing that took a lot of energy, so I've been relaxing with a small indie game called Coffee Talk. I finished that before I could add it here, and now I'm back to working on Detroit! Honestly, games with choices stress me a lot, so I am following a guide to reduce that stress.

I’m hoping they’ll return to the service eventually. I would love to finish up the series. I’d just started working through the challenges when it was removed. I spent too much time playing other games instead of focusing on my challenge games! Anyway I’m swapping in Tomb Raider, one of the games I was playing instead after jumping on a boosting session. It’s currently at 20% Hopefully I’ll get at least one game off my list done this month!
Popular Post gruffiiti
Quick update from me. I finished up my second game last night. Tera I had almost given up on hitting my goal of completing this game before the weekend as it seems things were stacked against me. I had to restart the game from scratch (as previous near max level character was missing), there was a server maintenance blackout during my peak gaming time and of course my kid wanting to have a sleep over which would effectively kick me out of my gaming space so him and his buddies could play Super Smash Bros all night. I wont say how much sleep I got this week but its now done and I can move on to the next game in the never-ending backlog. I need to finish ranking up in Everybody's Golf to unlock the vs daily matches which I will likely do this weekend. Also Deliver Us the Moon PS5 upgrade just dropped today so maybe jump into that soon as well.. Everybody's Golf - 44% South Park: The Fractured But Whole - 1% Deliver Us The Moon - 0% Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep - 0% Elden Ring - 100% Tera - 46% --> 100% Swaps (1/3) Complete (2/6)
Popular Post DizzyDavidson
Hello Everyone! Sorry I haven't been doing my regular updates but I've been a bit busy not leaving me much time to game (but it's not like I haven't kept up with everyone's great progress ). That is until this week when everyone seems to be on vacation and can't get anything done at work so I'm kind of forced to take some time off too. That might sound like an oxymoron but that's how it is. I did manage to finish SpongeBob, but I spent this week playing games not on my list. SpongeBob was more fun than I expected. Pretty much got all of the spatulas on my own but for the socks I definitely needed a guide. Overall not a hard game but there were a couple of tougher spots. Trophy-wise it's mostly just completing the game and collecting everything. Resistance 3 [PS3] - 0% MotoGP 18 [PS4] - 10% SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle For Bikini Bottom [PS4] - 8% -> 100% Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires [PS3] - 0% Papers, Please [Vita] - 0% I thought about tackling Resistance 3 next but I'm in the middle of The Division 2 with my brother and I don't want to play two shooters at the same time (even if one is 1st and the other is 3rd person), so I think I'll start on Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires on Sunday. I don't know when my next update will be, probably when I make some more significant progress. Until then... see y'all!

I beat Crash 4 finally. I forgot just how annoying the game is, but I beat Cortex's Castle with like 43 deaths instead of 270 this time so... Progress. I'm probably just going to do some of the miscellaneous trophies I have left and then shelf the game because holy Christ I do not think I have the patience to go for the platinum on that one. Tempting to use my last swap but not sure what I would swap it for lol. I also beat my baby playthrough of Uncharted 4 and decided to go and "platinum" Lost Legacy before continuing because I need to for one trophy in 4. It's such a beautiful game and it's the only uncharted I've never beaten. I'm probably going to keep working on Uncharted and maybe eventually finally finish Planet Coaster, but I've been convinced to start playing the new version of Fall Guys and now I'm a bit obsessed. It's really the only big multiplayer game I care about, mostly because you play as an adorable jelly bean. And it's fun as heck but now I have to figure out where I'm going to find the time to play the rest of my games. Maybe I'll swap Crash 4 for it lol.

Popular Post RoastedPeanut
Update #4 Hey everyone! I hope all is well with everyone this week. Can't believe it's already the end of June! On paper it was a relatively slow week, but I'm extremely happy with my Dragon Quest Heroes 2 progress. I was able to knock out all of the monster related trophies (wanted monsters, monster medallions, all item drops) and now I'm sitting pretty at 95% completion. Unfortunately, the remaining two trophies are where the true grind for the platinum comes from, but I'll chip away at it. Popular Post Heather342
Update 4 Hey there challenge friends, hope you've all had a great week. I have had a pretty productive challenge week. At the start of the week I was playing Resident Evil 2, very slowly making my way through my first hardcore run with Claire. I had an infinite pistol which I'd picked up from my previous S Rank run on normal mode with Leon. I was methodically picking off all the enemies so that areas were as safe as possible. It was slow going, but it seemed to be working ok. That is until I got to the clock tower puzzle section. I'd go to the room to get the tool to move the bookcase, at this point I'm being chased by the Tyrant, and then get trapped in a section with 2 lickers, and then the Tyrant comes along and punches me in the face. Genuine bad time all around, and with no autosaves in hardcore mode I lost an awful lot of progress. This happened more than once, it was very demoralising ?. So I did what all great gamers do......I spent £3.99 on the DLC and got myself an infinite rocket launcher! ?. The rest of the game was pretty smooth sailing after that, although the survival horror elements were pretty much gone at this point, I was on my 7th or 8th playthrough by now and was ready for the game to be done. I did have a whole load of fun blasting everything with rockets though, and made short work of my final Leon hardcore run. With Resident Evil 2 in the bag, I moved straight on to Resident Evil 3 as it's set in the same timeframe as the previous game, and was a shorter experience overall it didn't take too long. I did enjoy this game, but Resi 2 was better IMO. A lot of the Jill sections felt a bit too disjointed to me, a lot of cutscenes that would then go to you controlling Jill for about 2 seconds to move forward before morphing back into a cutscene again. I get that Jill's sections are more action packed being chased by the Nemesis and all, but it felt a bit much to me. The sections where you controlled Carlos felt a lot more like the survival horror vibe Resi 2 had provided. Plus it was pretty cool controlling Carlos in the RPD, and you could see things happen before Leon and Claire arrived that explained a lot of the events from Resi 2. My first few run throughs of this game were on assisted mode to get the usual collectables, no healing, no item box requirements out of the way. Then it was back to my trusty infinite rocket launcher for the more difficult run of the game. Nearly all of it was a walk in the park, until the final Nemesis boss fight. His fists move so damn fast that if he hits you once it's essentially game over as you're stuck in a stagger animation you can't get out of and he keeps hitting you. A lot of failed attempts and bad RNG. Not sure what I'll start next, but probably gonna take a few days off gaming while I catch up on Stranger Things. Popular Post StilRh
Hey guys. Hope you've had a good week. This week I've added yet another game to my list, Paradise Killer, it's an open world murder mystery visual novel set in a vaporwave world. I'm quite mixed about this one to be fair, at times the music and asthetic was stunning, I felt the characters and lore were interesting and I found the open world aspect to be a nice novelty in a visual novel game. At times I felt the world was very shallow, the investigation aspects very thin compared to danganronpa or even ace attourney, the pacing to be quite poor... I did enjoy it but I could only recomend to fans of the genre. Anyway, I managed to bag the platinum for this. I've also spent some time playing Hitman 3 with no trophies to show for this and Atelier Sophie 2 where I've progressed some of the plot points. Not sure what I'll be playing this week. I've returned to work, and it's been quite draining so I'll see how I get on. Have a nice one Spoiler Atelier Sophie 2 22% > 28% Control: Ultimate Edition 100% Disco Elysium 4% Forbidden City 100% Genesis Alpha One 13% Hitman 3 26% Legend of Heroes: Cold Steel 3 0% Muv Luv: Alternate 20% Outer Wilds 82% (platinum) NEW: Paradise Killer 0% > 100% Returnal 16% Salt and Sacrifice 22% Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice 17% Shadow Tactics 76%

With what little time I had I mainly focuses on clearing chapters on Digimon. Hopefully now that my evenings are going to be freer here starting this week I will be able to start clearing more trophies.
Popular Post reaperveteran86
Update 3 - Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories 100% - Final Fantasy 7 0% - Trials of Mana 0% -> 15% - Gal Gun 2 (EU) 15% - Dragon Quest Heroes Heroes: The World Tree´s Woe and the Blight Below 11% - Assassins Creed Rogue Remastered 2% -> 4% - Azur Lane: Crosswave (EU) 7% - Shining Resonance Refrain 14% - Ys: Memories of Celceta 8% - Lego Marvel`s Avengers 100% "New" - Ultra Age (JP) 4% I finaly got the platinum for Lonely Mountains: Downhill (not on my list) last monday and was a bit in an afterglow after that (that feeling when you played a game for a longer time, got the platinum and then have no idea which one you gonna start next). I then choosed Trials of Mana and am currently on the 3.chapter of my 1.playthrough. I also played a bit of Assassin`s Creed Rogue, finished the first chapter and was reminded of the reason why I took it away in the first place (the same reason why I was not into Black Flag, not the biggest fan of the ship) and I`m adding a new game to my list: Ultra Age (JP). All titles on my list are longer games this time so I wanted to add a shorter game (ca. 5 hours for the platinum) and from the little bit I played so far, the gameplay was really fun (a bit of a mixture of Devil May Cry and Nier Automata).
Popular Post TalesofGaming
Update 4: 1. Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life - 100% 6/14/22 2. Maneater - 93% -> 100% 6/21/22 3. NieR - 1% -> 14% 4. SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated - 0% 5. LEGO Harry Potter Collection: Years 1-4 - 0% Finished the Maneater Truth Quest DLC the same day I wrote my post. It was an OK DLC. I thought it was a little hard in some parts. I finally booted up my PS3 again after finishing Akiba's Trip about a year ago. I know I could be playing the remake of NieR, (which I will be getting to eventually) but I didn't want to hide any of my trophies earned, so it looks like I'm going to plat this game twice. ?
