Resources to upgrade gear

What's the quickest way to get resources to aquire the +10 enhanced gear trophy's?

 

 After playing this for 2 weeks solid  and getting burnt out... I couldn't seem to find away to quickly get crafting resources for upgrades aside from the daily/weeklys 

 

Is there a quicker way? 

 

I want to get this plat soon as I feel the game won't be up much longer with how it' seems dead on all fronts.

 

Even if S.E has said they have a dedicated road map I don't think it will be implemented.

Dismantle gear and you can buy resources from the same guy who can appraise relics

 Fair, I was doing that with all the legendaries and few mythic (?) I was getting, just didn't seem to give me what I needed.  

 

Did buy out everything they would sell me in the time interval.  Just didn't seem to be the right rarity.
