Dynamic Difficulty trophies

I started using dynamic right off of the bat and progress all the way to all-star.  Somehow I still have not gotten the trophies for this.  Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to reset dynamic?

I had the same problem when going for the dynamic trophies. It may skip some of the difficulties altogether when you first start out. The way I got around it was by changing the preset from whatever it was set on (i.e. changing from "casual" to "simulation") in the exhibition team select menu. I also turned the slider for dynamic difficulty sensitivity all the way up so I would level up faster. Got the batting trophies pretty quickly from this.
