Total football not unlocking.

I have been following several guides on how to unlock this trophy and non of them seem to work. They say go into player hud, then development and select a similar position. I do this then simulate weeks/months and I never receive an email saying the player can play in his new position. I would love someone to be able to help as I have spent hours trying various different ways of doing this and nothing works.

Keep the weeks in mind which are required and after that go to the same hud on where you select the new position. The triangle button option will appear to change the postion. I took an winger from RA to LA, estimated change time was 6 weeks so I simulated for 7 and the option was there.

 

I didnt get any mail or messages either.

Same as Hans said, i simply set up the position change request/training then simmed until the weeks has passed, and the trophy popped once i went back to the same place and pressed Triangle to complete the position change

I used change RB to RWB. It worked fine for me. Took seven weeks, simulated that all.

It's also depending on your teams form and performance. Playing bad or losing games will result in the process taking longer. You can still check in the development section how long the player has left.
