pick Haoma / pick digitalis tasks

Both tasks picking a haoma in the desert in mission 3 and a digitalis in mission 15 is not registering on my tasks list... I found them and they get extracted after getting to a checkpoint but they're not scratched off my task list. What's going on?

Apparently you can collect the plant in the wrong location, and it won't count as a completed task. I followed the video guide from this guy, and he shows the exact ones you need. Around 1:40 in the video for mission 3.

 

If you picked the correct one, and it still doesn't work, that's probably a bug. The PSNP guide mentions possible bugs where mission tasks don't get crossed off the list.
